Horrible connection / no connection depends where Iām located in the house. I have been with T-Mobile for 5 years and never had any issues before moving out here. Eastmark desperately needs a tower. Come on someone help us. Some of us rely on our cellphones and have no home phone. šš¤š

This new tower is not working! It workes for a little while. Remove the palm trees you planted next to tower. Still no reception at riverdale and reynolds. Do not tell me it is a marginal area either, we have had cell service since 1992.

I have 1 or 2 sometimes three bars. I loose calls often. Not happy at all been with them 15 or more years. They were great at our address in Minnesota, pretty good in Old Canyon, AZ. Now in Encore / Eastmark it stinks.

I realize with more people working from home tends to place more strain on services but my AT&T has gone from bad to worse and varies throughout the day. I would not recommend AT&T in Fountain Hills. I have to go outside my house and hold my phone up to get one or two bars if I'm lucky. AT&T service calls are NO help at all.

Having trouble the last few days. Purchased a new phone today and I am having the same trouble with it as I had with my old phone. Not getting calls and not able to call out. When I call out I get a long dead sound then a fast busy signal and then I am disconnected. I am puzzled!
