Very Bad or No reception in my home and rarely when I step out on my balcony. Have had this service for 2+ years and haven't been pleased with it from day 1. I'm hesitant to switch providers due to the fact I may be jumping out of a flame and into a fire. Hard to determine which provider is going to be the best for my area. Was this review helpful to you?
3 years with Verizon in Phoenix area, and only a handful of dropped calls. Remember... the systems that now go by the name of Verizon, and Alltel have the best coverage because they have been in place since 1985. The other carriers started service in 1994 or afterwards and they will probably never have the same level of coverage since the other 2 networks had a 10 year head-start on placing antennas all over town. Was this review helpful to you?
At work in Tempe, I get little to no service for some reason. Recently relocated from Texas and have had no problems in Maricoa County, but if you get far from any Interstate Hwy. then the service is virtually non-existant. Need new service to work east of Mesa. Was this review helpful to you?
I have been with T-Mobile for over 2 years now. I use to live in Tempe and I did not have that much of a problem but since moving to Gilbert, I have been through 3 phones (different brands) and I get: 1) dropped calls during almost every call 2) Messages each day such as: Network rejected or Call failed. 3) Messages that come to me, arrive later than when sent and are usually garbled. If there is even a slight wind or at night... forget about it. I have to wait to see if they leave a message and then drive to the Walmart parking lot up the road to make a call. First off, I have to tell you that my experience with the T-Mobile store at Gilbert and Baseline has been great. We have tried 3 different phones and the problems still exist. My daughter has T-Mobile and her reception, etc. is fine. My husband has Nextel and he never has a problem, so I am thinking of switching to them. Anyone have any issues similar to mine? Thanks! Was this review helpful to you?
0-1 bar in my house. dropped calls all the time. Must stand next to a window in my family room, or walk outside to get 1-2 bars with call cutting in and out every call. If I drive to the corner of Johnson ranch blvd and hunt highway, I get 4 bars. This is about 1 / 4 of a mile from my home. Verizon said they are putting up new towers in my area but, that was 6 months ago and no new towers. Im not happy, I use my cell phone for business. Was this review helpful to you?

Had T-Mobile and Verizon no coverage at all this is the best I have found sadly there are over 5000 homes in this area within 3 sq milesWas this review helpful to you?
Poor. Cingular was good for me in central phoenix (85006) and terriblef or me in Chandler and Scottsdale. Don't dare try driving and talking at the same time, you'll instigate numerous dropped calls. Was this review helpful to you?
Sprint Service in Phoenix Metro Area is EXCELLENT. EV-DO speeds are consistantly high, but... when at work near 99th AVE and Beardsley... signal is weak... phone bounces from EV-DO to 1xRTT all day long. Mom lives in Queen Creek, AZ... get excellent signal, but no EV-DO available there yet.Was this review helpful to you?
I have had T-Mobile for a year or so now. I am truly frustrated with the quantity of dropped calls I get on a day to day basis from my home. I even get dropped calls in Central Phoenix as well. Don't get T-Mobile in this area because you will be extremely disappointed. Was this review helpful to you?
