Verizon service has been less then satisfactory in this are for over a year now. If you have issues with your Verizon service stop complaining and help us fix this. At every instance where you have a dropped call or unclear voice call, hang up and dial #832. This will place a mark on your phone record with tower info. After a couple of weeks of marking your logs call 800-922-0204 and let them know you have poor service and that you marked the phone logs with "#832". This will allow them to see which towers you were connected to and help get this issue resolved. I spent 2.5 hours on the phone with Verizon to get this bit of info. Now help me to get Verizon out in the EV to get our coverage fixed!

Verizon service in this area is getting worse every quarter and it has become non existent at the Eastmark pool complex.

We’ve had Verizon service for over 15 years. Had no problems until about a year ago. We can no longer depend on having a signal at home or in our neighborhood. We are also experiencing problems with our home security system which requires a signal from local tower. What has Verizon done?! We pay them $248 per month and never know if we’ll have a signal.

Our service with Verizon has been awful over that last year. I have to pull off the side of the road before I get home in order to make a phone call. With most families not having home phone service and relying on our cell phones as the only means of communication it’s extremely frustrating! Apparently Verizon took down a cell tower and have no plans of rebuilding. I’m done!

Can’t even get consistant bars sitting still in a chair in my living room. Goes from a max of 2, down to zero, then up, then down. Must be the wind. That would be out of Verizons control.

We’ve lived in our Eagle Mountain home for 9 years. It’s a very hilly neighborhood – just like most of Fountain Hills. Our cellular reception through Verizon is terrible. We drop calls all the time and sometimes cannot even send or receive calls. We’ve used a network extender and that helps but it’s not a cure-all solution. We’ve also tried Wi-Fi calling and it’s not helped at all (despite strong Wi-Fi signal in our house). I agree with other reviewers that Verizon just doesn’t care enough about this area to invest in the assets to improve the coverage. If there were other good cellular providers for this area I would switch in a heartbeat but based on the reviews I read here and anecdotal evidence, I don’t seem to have any good alternatives.

Service had been great up until about a year ago. Now I can’t make or receive phone calls in my house, calls are dropped the moment I turn on Warner. I’ve opened tickets with Verizon only for them to tell me it was my phone that needed to be upgraded. Apparently everyone in these neighborhoods need to upgrade their new iPhone 10’s because every neighbor I speak with has the very same issues. Some have switched to T-Mobile and other carriers already

I've never had a problem until the last 6 months. Now calls fail even when I am sitting on my couch talking to my grandkids. There is even a new dead spot in my own neighborhood. And, yes, I discover voice mails when the phone doesn't ring. The author I edit for thinks I'm not "picking up". Verizon is FAILING MY FAMILY, MY BUSINESS, AND ME. I have been a Verizon customer for about 25 years... and lived in the same house for 18 years. Verizon... I say to you, whatever you did,change it back.

I have had it with Sprint I used to be able to run my Towing company from dialing my landline into Spint where we ran police calls too. Reliable they were. Now, the phone is useless and the costumer service and tech support people are RUDE! If I didn't know any better, I would thinm I would be talking to a government agent. I paid off my tablet free and clear and they refuse to unlock it and will show me no justificaction fore it. 25 years of watch the riase of a A+ company to an F- one. Centrylink, Cox communications and even the Geek squad all SUCK! IMO!

I have had no problems up to this week. While I am at work I usually have 3G with two to three bars. I noticed my phone was slow. The status bar on the phone showed 1X instead of 3G. I googled this issue to find people all over the valley are having the same problem. I tried all of the suggested fixes in the various forums. Not one of the fixes worked. Now as I writing this my phone went from 1X back to 3G by itself. It could be my old Galaxy S III but I do not think so. It happens to brand new iPhones. In my opinion it is a problem with the Verizon network.
