T-Mobile

T Mobile has the worst customer service. I very been having sending and receiving texts messages for over a month now and get different responses from every tech I have spoke with. Would NOT recommend this service to anyone

15 years of poor service. Why is it so hard to add another tower or 2 to improve our service. OR discount our rate to match the level of service we receive. Really frustrating!

We have never had a problem. Occasional dead spots when driving around.

I've had Verizon service for a few years, never a problem with reception. Data transfers can run slow especially when on the move, and my phone is always in 3G instead of 4G, but speeds are acceptable at home. I use the Verizon hotspot when cable internet goes out, its equally fast.

Way better reception for my area than I had with Verizon

Verizon considers Gilbert, AZ a low access area and expected me to have no service or bad service. I was told I could buy an antenna for my house. They knew it would be bad service, nobody mentioned it when signing me up, but this is the answer I got all the way through the store manager and the manager at customer service. Spent 3 days on the phone with them for about 5 hours each day. Nothing fixed and never will be.

My house seems to be the epicenter of a cell service dead zone for Verizon. It hasn't always been this way, but in the past several months I get either no or very weak reception as I enter my small neighborhood just NE of 52nd St. and Doubletree, and I get limited or no reception in my home. I am heading out right now to find a new carrier.

Have been using cricket for several months, they're an "MVNO" (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) that has recently been officially acquired by AT&T so-to-speak. Nevertheless ever since paying a $17 difference to upgrade from $35 Unlimited plan with only 2.5GB data to a truly "unlimited" High-Speed for $65 with AutoPay. In the middle of my service period. So far I've used over 15GB of data with no slow down at all :)! Consistent 8-10mbps down, and I've seen the upload as high as 22mbps! Which is great for if your backing up data, or do alotta web development. (Or for the NSA Surveillance to get your phone's data quick to Data Farms the state over ;) (LOL-Laugh it up!) Tho for $65 it beats the socks off of "CenturyLink" a local telecom / DSL provider for which has recently Provisioned to even slower speeds in Fountain Hills from 7mbps for a few years the fastest they offer to my residence is 5mbps down, and even after line quality tests they're a joke. I'm very much content with Cricket as is the same coverage as AT&T Pre-paid / contract suckers. Tho because cricket is an MVNO AT&T do technically have higher priority, and most likely slightly faster downstream speeds, etc! :) - KWAS
