Customer service is there but usually unable to help. Website just displays errors and doesn't allow you to track usage. Working with them for over a month and still not working. Now we received huge bill and can't see why.

If you live,work or play anywhere in Maricopa County, You need to get smart and use AT&T or T-Mobile. Get your priorities straight. Stop the ignorance! Stop believing the Propaganda and get in touch with reality! Verizon and Sprint suck in the Valley. You are not getting what you pay for! It's like you're burning money. WAKE TFU!

Service is gone downhill in the last three months. Signal quality and voice quality is poor at best. Almost never get LTE always downgrades to 3G.

Verizon is so bad here that every call drops, max 2 bars in north scottsdale, mostly 1 which is completely non functional. Super slow data, calls cut out and 2 / 3rds are dropped. After three call drops while I was grocery shopping, I finally broke down and bought an AT&T Gophone (android) at Walmart for $38. Activated it in the parking lot and drove all the way to south scottsdale with 5 bars, no audio issues and no drops. A $30 prepaid plan is officially far superior coverage to the plan we pay $330 a month for. Verizon is awful and their customer service is the only thing worse than their coverage in the valley...

I have been with Verizon for years because my work takes me all over the valley and their coverage works all over the valley. Well guess what I just built a new house and my phone doesn't work here. Drop all my calls most texting will not go through or when it does it sends it 2 or 3 times. Phone never rings voicemails come in later. I can go on and on. After moving the all the way up to level 3 service the guy tries to tell me this all started in November we either have a tower down or we lost a lease. But according to all these reviews I'm reading that's BS and it has been going on and Mesa forever with every single carrier

Sprint in phx market is horrible... .. sooo many spots around valley there is simply no reception. Many times I find myself looking for free wifi so I can accomplish stuff. Ill definitely be switching carriers soon

Since approx March 1st, my AT&T Samsung Galaxy has been dropping calls ANYTIME of day or night... ,both inside and OUTSIDE my home. I'm now regretful I cancelled my landline. I no longer feel safe with only AT&T wireless service in Fountain Hills. Can't SOMETHING be done to fix this ongoing problem??

Get very spotty reception, calls fade and die every time I use my cell phone, a new android. The whole Boulder Mountain development in Mesa needs significantly improved reception with Verizon. So frustrating because I have a small business, so I had to get a land line, still pay a lot for my cell service though it doesn't work at my home!

10 yr customer of Verizon. Once upon a time, I used to get great signal strength. Starting early this summer, Verizon signal strength is now 2 bars at best and only 3g! Verizon states that there is no problem on their end but my area is on the fringe of their coverage. Nonsense! But hey, they sure want to push an upgraded phone at you. My thoughts: Verizon has throttled down their service to Fountain Hills residents in favor of the Scottsdale area. The number of complaints coming from Fountain Hills is incredible but we are up against a mega corporation who couldn't care less. Their profits are far more important than customer service and providing us what we are paying for. Crappy service and that's understated!
