Since approx March 1st, my AT&T Samsung Galaxy has been dropping calls ANYTIME of day or night... ,both inside and OUTSIDE my home. I'm now regretful I cancelled my landline. I no longer feel safe with only AT&T wireless service in Fountain Hills. Can't SOMETHING be done to fix this ongoing problem??

Get very spotty reception, calls fade and die every time I use my cell phone, a new android. The whole Boulder Mountain development in Mesa needs significantly improved reception with Verizon. So frustrating because I have a small business, so I had to get a land line, still pay a lot for my cell service though it doesn't work at my home!

10 yr customer of Verizon. Once upon a time, I used to get great signal strength. Starting early this summer, Verizon signal strength is now 2 bars at best and only 3g! Verizon states that there is no problem on their end but my area is on the fringe of their coverage. Nonsense! But hey, they sure want to push an upgraded phone at you. My thoughts: Verizon has throttled down their service to Fountain Hills residents in favor of the Scottsdale area. The number of complaints coming from Fountain Hills is incredible but we are up against a mega corporation who couldn't care less. Their profits are far more important than customer service and providing us what we are paying for. Crappy service and that's understated!

5 bars in my home. 4g lte not available as I write this review. If you're looking for phone service its great, just dont count on any data.

Service is extremely poor in these parts of Gilbert. Unfortunately, service was also bad at my home in San Marcos, CA. We recently moved to Gilbert. Seems like poor reception is an all too common problem with Sprint! Unlimited data plan is great but it doesn't do much good when you can't use it!

Been with Boost Mobile 5 yrs. Was thrilled that the area finally got 4G service in 2014. Call quality has been very good, data is slow, even on 4G. BUT the past month or two, I will have a a call to a landline drop 3-4 times EVERY DAY. Data has been terrible, and sometimes unusable. Customer Service is non-existent, if you can even get a hold of anyone (won't let you talk to anyone if you call on your cell phone, hint contact them via Sprint's Facebook page). They lie and told me problem is that my 1.5 year old phone is too old. I've been more than patient with them, but now other providers are offering reasonably priced no contract plans. Good-bye Boost / Sprint.

Sprint absolutely sucks here. Used to be great for many years- loved their service. Then the past year has been a nightmare. Traded in 3 new phones- still no reception, dropped calls. Even Sprint said it was them, not the hardware - so much so that they agreed to cancel my contract when they saw through diagnostic review that there was 90% dropped calls!

Samsung 3G bounces between 3G and 1X with 1 to 2 bars. Occasional dropped calls but terrible for data usage. Took five minutes just to load this site. Verizon says there is a tower a mile from me on Main and Higley so there shouldn't be a problem. No fix as of yet.
