constantly experience dropped calls, constant interruptions, inaudible conversations. It does not matter where in the house try to get better service... nothing helps..been going on too long.I'm ready to change provider..Was this review helpful to you?
Jan 1, 2022 First part of November 2021, Cox forced us to change our download speed to 500 mb / s and upload speed to 10mb / sec. from 300 / 30. We also had to spend $150 for a 3.1 modem to support the 500 / 10. The old speeds were totally fine. 10 upload may not be fast enough for some people who wk at home. Ever since that change, our Verizon reception dropped. I usually have only 1 bar and sometimes I can’t even send one photo within a text with iPhone 11. It takes over an hr to reach a rep at Verizon. Cox tells us to call Verizon and Verizon tells us to call Cox abt this! Also this change caused our Samsung A50 unable to text or send even one photo. After Christmas, Samsung had an update and now the phone does not work at all. Both phones had wifi calling enabled. We hv a Nighthawk router.Was this review helpful to you?

Since I moved from Naperville, IL to Mesa, the cellular reception has been poor even when it shows 4 bars, outdoors near shopping centers and even in Tempe and Chandler downtowns. I have friends who have other service providers, even they face the similar issues. Looks like PHX metro is not a top priority for Cellular providers.Was this review helpful to you?
I have a Metronic cardiac loop implant that requires cellular service for recording and reporting. 90% of the time there is not enough strength [e.g., 1- 2 bars only] for it to work. Scary and dangerous.Was this review helpful to you?

I struggle to maintain two bars with AT&T and I'm right by the downtown area. You would think that for the rates they charge you'd have a minimum of 4 bars in a top rated city with a population exceeding 210,000 people... ..Was this review helpful to you?
I kept thinking the problems I am having are about my phone. But then I realized I've used it on different carriers without issue. So it is definitely a T-Mobile problem. They have great ads on TV but their connectivity is beyond annoying! Will not use again.Was this review helpful to you?
