I have a Metronic cardiac loop implant that requires cellular service for recording and reporting. 90% of the time there is not enough strength [e.g., 1- 2 bars only] for it to work. Scary and dangerous.

I struggle to maintain two bars with AT&T and I'm right by the downtown area. You would think that for the rates they charge you'd have a minimum of 4 bars in a top rated city with a population exceeding 210,000 people... ..

I kept thinking the problems I am having are about my phone. But then I realized I've used it on different carriers without issue. So it is definitely a T-Mobile problem. They have great ads on TV but their connectivity is beyond annoying! Will not use again.

Verizon service in Fountain Hills AZ is unacceptable for the money they charge. There should be a discounted rate for lack of service. In this day and age when people rely on their cell phones, it should be better.

Ever since moving to MESA from Orange county California in April 2018 --- within 2 weeks ----- it was like a DOWNGRADE is service and coverage ---- CA was 8-9 / 10 consistent --- here I give T-Mobile overall max 5 / 10 --- usually 2-3 / 10 --- GOOD customer Service and this is a Galaxy S10 I bought new at T-Mobile when it came out! IT's like we have 3G service at best! Terrible service in Arizona Period ! PS: Technology coverage in general VERY poor in ARIZONA --- even COX Wifi / cable service is crap compared to slower service in CALIFORNIA for 19 years ---- and it was half the paid speed --- BTW I pay for GIGABLAST LOL
