AT&T
Cannot talk on phone within my home... and even when out doors, calls are always 'cutting' out. Local / long distance... .doesn't make a difference. AT&T has really disappointed me.

I have to go outside most of the time to make calls. Some messages and missed call notifications don't arrive for hours or not at all. My phone almost never rings when at home and sometimes doesn't even show that someone called. Seriously considering changing to Verizon or Sprint

Drops every call, every day, every time. Inbound / outgoing, doesn't matter. Don't let Sprint sell you a "smart" phone. They bill you an extra $10 / month but it doesn't send or receive squat. Have complained for a year now. I can see towers from my backyard. WTH? It also is bad if you travel 202 from Broadway towards Phoenix. Drops every call, every time. Worthless, expensive and unimproved after a year of complaints AND $400 to cancel the contract on a smart-phone. Really?

Inside buildings at my location is horrible. Outside is acceptable but not great.

3G coverage and most of the time even 1X coverage is in and out in this area. Recently bought a home in the Highlands Ranch subdivision and Sprint coverage is poor at best. I am very surprised at the lack of coverage in the area.

I have had T-Mobile for 13 years now and have seen huge improvements over the years. I cant say I have never had a dropped call but I can say that the service and data speeds I get are great. Pretty much Always have service, even in buildings and use my phone as a wifi hot spot and there is no extra charge. T-Mobile does have unlimited data but after 5GB it is slowed down quite a bit but at least no extra charge for going over. Their prices are way cheaper than their competitors as well.

I receive no call in my house but I'll get voice mail notice.

I have lived in the Phoenix area for 16 years and always had Verizon and never dropped a call. I traveled to different cities in the US, go hiking and skiing and very seldom or never I had a problem with reception. My friends who have ATT or Spring or TMobil always had more problem that I do.

I had zero reception inside my house until AT&T reluctantly told me about and subsequently sent me a free booster. The c.s. rep first told me, "I don't understand why you have no signal. Our map shows you're in a GREAT area." I told her I'd be happy to video my phone showing no bars inside my place then she put me on hold. When she came back, she told me this area qualifies for a free booster that plugs into my wireless internet. How quickly my "great area" dropped to the very bottom. Anyway, now I have 5 bars all the time but the booster sucks the life out of my phone in about 3 hours if I'm home and the phone isn't plugged in. I've left the house on several occasions only to find my phone's about 1 minute away from dying. Even though I've got a good signal now, I'm still thinking of switching to Verizon...
