I get 0 or 1 bar. The entire central campus is almost unuseable for Sprint customers. This also held true with my previous phone (a Samsung), and for a friend's Sprint phone (type unknown). I am always on roaming, even while outdoors, when I'm anywhere near Life Sciences E or the Central Plant, and even then sometimes I cannot complete a call without a walk of 50-80 yards from my building. I am ready to drop Sprint.

Sprint is horrible. One second there are two to three bars, the next 'SIGNAL FAILED'. I work from home and can't do it with my current phone. It drops almost every call (unless I'm in my livingroom with one arm lifted up and the other aiming out of the window). Junk. So being in a family plan I have to pay $400 for terminating two phones. But it's better than losing even 1 client, who I've had to call back 3 times in one conversation due to lost calls. It sound like Verizon is the way to go at my location. Thanks for the comments. We have three Sprint cell phones. We drop calls all the time. I cannot talk more than 1-2 minutes witout loosing the call, if that.

I use the phone daily between Mesa, Tempe and Phoenix and have only had two or three dropped calls in 18 months. Works well in Prescott also. Absolutely no complaints.

I live in Tempe on S Dorsey just off of Baseline by Arredondo Elementary and the park. I can't even use my cell phone at home because it drops every single call and I'd say maybe 20% of the time it's "searching for signal". I can't receive calls many times either and when I do, I can't hear the person and / or it drops. We have no landline here and I can't even call Sprint for help because when I have, I wait on hold, then the call drops. I am really sick of the service and there's no point in having the phone when I can't even use it at home. This is unacceptable for my location in the middle of the city like this. Very unhappy. Stupid 2 year contract...

Sprint STINKS. Just the worst reception, I hate Sprint, I would recommend any one to Verizon. I work in the medical field, most Dr.s and sales reps all use Verizon.
