With T-Mobile it really depends onthe phone you are useing.. Fro example with a moterola or erickson phone you will find bad reception but with a Samsung phone you should expireiance the best coverage available. Better than all other carriers..Was this review helpful to you?
T-Mobile's coverage is horrible... whether you are... roaming the dirt roads of north western phx or the opulent neighborhoods of North Scottsdale / Paradise Valley, the coverage plainly sucks... may be at the T-Mobile booth where they hawk service plans in malls will you find decent reception... get Verizon / Cingular... i'd say... (I mean if you bars dip from a measly three bars to a one or zero when you pass under a cactus... thats just crappy infrastructure... to begin with.)Was this review helpful to you?
Sprint says phone is the problem but other friends that have Sprint have same problem. Phoenix just seems to be a bad market for cell providers. Was this review helpful to you?
Sprint has got to be the worst! Fair only if driving around. However at my house my parents house and my work I dont get any reception.. So I guess it is good if you dont want to go over your minutes. Also they charge from the moment you push send not the moment the other person picks-up.Was this review helpful to you?
Although it seems to have improved a little recently, still very bad reception. Calls always cut in and out. Unable to have any conversations. Was this review helpful to you?

Terrible reception out here. I heard Verizon has great reception here in az so I got a phone. I think they were only referring to Phoenix, cause mine drops calls as good as making them, as with the phones of all my family here in east Mesa! Was this review helpful to you?
My parents had cell phones with verizon since they merged with a company in the southwest. They never once had a problem. In my early teens I joined the verizon family, and haven't had any problems. I've been with Verizon for nearly 4 years now, and I love the service. I had friends and family who were with ATT and Sprint, and their service sucked! Lots of dead spots, and dropped calls. Verizon customer service is among the best! They are very friendly and always there to help (they have even been nice to reverse some fees a few times for me). Most of my friends go with Verizon, and not once have they complained about Verizon. I love their service and wouldn't switch to another provider! Was this review helpful to you?
Constant dropped calls and very poor reception from the home. Reception goes in and out of service or from Analog to Digital as it just sits in one position without being disturbed or used and in doing so the battery goes dead. Was this review helpful to you?
I was told by Sprint PCS that I live in a dead zone because of papago butte, which is nearby. After a year or two of Sprint trying things like "RF Optimization" they have offered to let me out of my contract (got this new phone over a year ago to try and see if it made things better, signed a new contract to get it). Reception is worst between 68th St. and Scottsdale Rd. - gets decent once you cross east of Scottsdale Rd. and McKellips Rd.Was this review helpful to you?
