Reception is great, but am looking to change as they signed me up for cloud service which I never ordered but took 2 hrs of my time to cancel and I might not have been successful. No online cancel service is permitted and phone menu system is terrible. Would pay more for better CS with other Co., but only know which Co is better by using them. My zip code is actually 85118, but this site claim that is not valid!Was this review helpful to you?

I left AT&T to try Sprint out and it was a big mistake. The calls are fine on Sprint but data SUCKS! Unlimited data is useless if you can barely load web pages. Have the same issue all over Arizona and really bad around Flagstaff. Also had many problems in San Diego with data. I give up, paid off my 2 iPhone X instead of the buy 1 get 1 deal so I can change away from Sprint. Going to give Verizon a try or go back to AT&T. Don't waste your time with Sprint in Arizona!Was this review helpful to you?

VERY EXASPERATING AND TROUBLING! FOLKS! BE SURE TO CALL YOUR CARRIER AND INSIST THAT THEY DISCOUNT YOUR UPCOMING MONTHLY BILL FOR THEIR CRAPPY PAST SERVICE. They will take $20-$30 off to keep your business. Though, I rather just have my darn service work as it should, and I pay for every month. Have been an AT&T home / mobile customer since 2002 and have always been very pleased with them... until now. The problems began with our move from Scottsdale zip 85258 to Scottsdale 85260 in March 2018. Never had problem one in zip 85258. Only have problems now! Of course we've reset our phones and had A&T update to closest tower, but to no avail. Same complaints that I'm seeing all over this review board, but not surprising to see with other major carriers, as well. Have made numerous attempts with CS, tech dept and have even been escalated higher up, everyone with different excuses as to the continual issues. With all the major carriers seemingly in the same boat, where does one go to get reliable, affordable coverage and service. Personally, I'm tired of throwing my time money out the window. Lord knows we all have enough on our plates without worrying that these huge corporate companies cannot fulfill their end of the 'deal'.Was this review helpful to you?
