Until 6 mos to a year ago, great service. Then all of a sudden worst. "Pixelating" calls dropped. Happens on each of our Verizon phones. May cancel service after many loyal years.

For some unknown reason my cell reception went from great to almost nothing last year. No one can hear me, calls fail, everyone I talk to literally cannot talk to me! I thought at first it was my iPhone because it happened all of a sudden(I've lived here for over 4 years without any issues). So I went and got a new phone! Needless to say it wasn't my phone!

Very poor reception in home 1 bar or no signal tried t mobile and recently metro PCS same been this way for 6 years you would think by now they would improve we now use Verizon and AT&T bot work great at least 3 bars of signal very disappointed.

Ok when outside house but do not receive some calls within house and broken connections. Said I had to have extender ($270) which did nit help, next one said extender will nit work with prepaid I would need booster($200) with no promises Looking at alternates!

Using data is worthless during the day! Only seems to work great at night when people are asleep is my guess. They need to add more towers with all the development going on in downtown Chandler.

Can you hear me now?? I've had Verizon Wireless in the same location for 12 years and the service has been vastly degrading over the last couple of months (no 4G LTE, multiple dropped calls). I've opened a trouble ticket with their network team and I hope others do the same. My wild guess is that this is a result of their new unlimited plan causing over-subscription. I wonder whether the signal is degrading on its own due to servicing more clients or if Verizon is actively "turning it down." I've been ok with paying a premium for Verizon service because it was reliable and fast. Lately, it is neither reliable nor fast, just expensive.

I have been an ATT WIRELESS CUSTOMER since 1999 and have always paid promptly! I should be given a micro cell tower to boost my signal. I WILL NOT PAY FOR THIS SEEVICE! Thank you.
