Service is fine as long as I'm in the city but let me go outside T Mobiles comfort zone I get butkiss. I'm planning a trip to Woods Canyon Lake this summer and worry that something might happen during those two weeks and I will have NO Service.Was this review helpful to you?

We switched from Sprint to Verizon, hoping to remedy problems with dropped calls. Verizon touts and advertises having more towers than any other cellular service company. If you look at their coverage map, you would think that reception would never be an issue. Well, since day 1 of our switch, it has cost us a small fortune and nothing works as it should! We were on the phone with customer service, the very first night of our new service, for about 3 hours! It has been a very expensive, frustrating nightmare, ever since! We have experienced many problems, from erroneous charges to unreliable wifi and cellular service, since the very first day! We have had serious medical emergencies and could not rely upon our cell phones for communication. I have also lost business, due to dropped calls and not being able to hear or speak with a caller, while in the middle of a phone call. I am a realtor and cannot work without a cell phone. The latest problem (to add to the ongoing problems) is that I have not been able to retrieve my voice messages for 2 days now. This is BULLSHIT! How can Verizon justify what they charge for service, when they are incapable of providing reliable service? As far as my family and I are concerned (we have 3 phones, 1 portable modem and 1 tablet with Verizon service), Verizon is in breach of contract for not providing what they say they will in return for charging exorbitant rates for their services! I have filed a complaint with the BBB and am going to also file with the Atty General's office. Enough is ENOUGH!Was this review helpful to you?
