Verizon
I pay premium price for Verizon for premium service, here in Tucson the service (connection) is terrible. I’m looking for a difficult provider that more reliable.

I'm roaming tonight and Sprint doesn't do me the courtesy of letting me know why. That's not right. I've been a customer for many years and here in Tucson, this is the second time it's happened in the last several months.

Verizon Wireless - terrible 1-bar reception, constant dropped calls, and now our alarm system is an issue because the digital communicator cannot function properly with such low signal strength. We are averaging -110dBm which translates to consistent call-dropping bad. Bought a new Galaxy J7 phone after Verizon suggested older phone was the problem. What a waste. Reception was unchanged and remains bad as ever. Verizon may be working elsewhere, but we're big losers for having them here.

From the airport drive to the house each day its fine at 2 bars but when I get to Pantano heading east on Broadway I start to lose it and 0 bars when I get to Camino Seco…. which of course is where I live. Anyone in that area of Camino Seco and Broadway get a better signal?

constant reception issues that the company wants to deny exist. showed them numbers from speed trackers. after I left first time I found that part of them ' updating ' the phone was also uninstalling my speed trackers apps. customer service so pathetic I will never even consider this company again. stay far away.

Brought the reception problem to Verizon store and was told to call customer service to get a free network extender. They are aware of the problem in this area, but the extender is not free. They want $250 for one. I will not pay extra to use a service that charges a premium price for its service to begin with after being told more than once that the extender would be at no charge.

To get signal in my area of Tucson, I had to sacrifice my unborn children, burn an offering to the cell phone gods, beat up a mountain, and then, and only then did I get a bar of signal. On a serious note, I do have to walk outside every time I want to call someone, and when I do leave the house that's when I get all the text messages and voicemails my family send me. They usually think I've been kidnapped, but really, how would they know? The police would have to notify them through smoke signals

Had T-Mobile for 20 years with full bars in this area, no complaints on service or signal strength. Do have voice issues with phone output which I solved with a Bluetooth headset with noise cancellation... the headset (M-Pow M5)

I've been with T-Mobile for 8 years and was extremely satisfied with the wireless service, yet very disappointed with customer support and here is Tucson AZ the stores are contracted out. They're for the most part commissioned sales people with little to no technical knowledge. They are more like car salesman (sorry car sales people) that will tell you what they think will make a sale. Then there's Corp. Customer support, Chat, be ready to have a conversation with yourself. When they do finely answer they're reading off a boilerplate script, in my experience they've been a major waste of time. Then phone support, don't bother unless you happen to speak their language in the Philippines? I have purchased the 8 of my phones about every 2 years and all have been Samsung. 19 months ago I bought a Galaxy s7 edge SM-G935T when they first were released at Tmobile. I had trouble getting any signal in my home so typically like many here they sent a Personal Cell booster, no charge. Then I started receiving Suspicious Log ins, Google, Facebook, Twitter etc from CA to Utah, New Mexico all the while I am in Tucson. After weeks I got to a tech that offered to send me a New Samsung Galaxy s7 edge. Got it and, yes it was a remanifactured device. The same issue. I've been paying for overages on the Unlimited One Plus Family plan approx. $465.00 a month for 4 lines. Never complain until I actually sat down and reviewed every single charge! Do to a potential law suit I won't say the amount, but it's enough that I could have been making a car payment for small vehicle or my insurance. I will get back to you with the details of any future action? By the way, we still can't watch Netflix at home due to buffering constantly. Thanks for your valued time. Bill
