Sprint

Sprint / iPhone is a disastrous combo in Tucson. The speed of 3g is always less than 30kb / s. This is more or less the same with a modem speed 20 years ago. ATT is notorious but it is much better than sprint. I really regret about my choice. Do not even try Sprint in Tucson.

I drop calls all the time and so does everyone that comes to my house that has Verizon. I had to get a home phone because my daughter was hurt and I couldn't call 911 it kept losing call. They couldn't walk me through helping my daughter. It was the most terrifying day of my life and Verizon made it worse

Disappointed, I was with T-Mobile since 2007 in Phoenix, AZ, I never have a problem, I loved reception in the Valley and even in our trips to Mexico, never had a problem with drop calls, it was great until we moved to Vail, AZ. My phone service never was the same, I was still in a contract when I moved here and I was unable to use my phone at home, the only time I was able to use it, was when I was driving in town in Tucson, I have to cancel my service, I was charged the 200.00 Dlls cancelation fees, but I fight it together with BBB and it worked out pretty good. Now I am looking for a new phone service.

Reception is very poor. I never get more than 1 bar. If I need to make phone calls, I have to step outside or drive down the street. I rarely have incoming calls go through. Family and friends have said they'll call 5-6 times before I pick up.

I ride my bicycle along Alvernon south the whole way from speedway, to valencia. The Sprint connectivity stops, and starts. To be precise, I can stand in one spot, and see the bars go up to 5, and 30 seconds later there are NO bars at all. This happens all the way during my 9 mile ride south. Connectivity along this street is terrible for some reason. I can barely get my Slacker Radio to keep a song without temporarily stopping (probably to cache the stream). I've also wondered where this supposed 4G service is. I have 4G capability on my phone, Sprint doesn't hesitate to charge me the extra cash for this imaginary service, and all I ever get is that 4G icon constantly searching for a bit, then eventually going to sleep with ZZZ's on it. I use my smart phone like it was intended. For Data. I wish I could consistently get mediocre service in midtown.

T-Mobile has got to be the worse service out there. Always on edge very seldom even get 3G as they say they have 4G (I have yet to see it)and calls drop out all the time. Even the service Reps are horible. Can't wait for three month to dish out $300.00 to get out of contract. It will be worth every penny.
