Service is not bad everywhere but at home it does not exsist. CS has improved and they even sent me a new repeater device that is suppose to amp the signal. It only works if you are sitting directly in front of the repeater and then you will only get 2 bars. I hear Verizon works well in this area, may have to switch. Was this review helpful to you?

I am using Verizon for 5 years. Good service almost everywhere in Tuscon. Few dropped calls. However, Verizon has a very limited list of coutries to which text messages can be sent. I had good reception on Verizon throughout Picture Rocks, indoors and out, although there were several dead spots on Picture Rocks Road. Roommate had T-Mobile and it hardly worked indoors (1-story house). Was this review helpful to you?
Switched to ATT in Jul (iPhone) from Verizon. Verizon was super ALL over town. ATT is poor. I mostly use on NE and south side of town. What really piques my curiosity is that I can go from 4 bars to No Serice and back within a few minutes in the same location!?!?Was this review helpful to you?
Up in the Sycamore Canyon development reception is poor. If you're by a window it might work. Basically you need a land line. So much for the fancy phone features. Oh, since getting my iPhone and switching to AT&T I have had numerous dropped calls. Its either the phone which doesn't have an external antenna or its AT&T. In either case the iPhone is great but my reception is questionable. Was this review helpful to you?
