My cell phone service worked great for about a month then suddenly slowed down. After many calls with tech support and troubleshooting many times, a ticket opened to see what the issue is. When the issue was “fixed”, they just stopped trying to help. At the end, they just kept going through the whole troubleshooting process with me over and over and over again. Customer service is terrible. If we have gone though trouble shooting so many times, don’t you think the problem isn’t with my devices? Master scam artists.Was this review helpful to you?
RSRP 100 to 118 SNR Poor. Purchased a signal booster and RSRP went to 80-90. Until AT&T gets its act together the booster is a much needed item in this location.Was this review helpful to you?
We recently changed to T Mobile and have unacceptable service. one bar or less, dropped calls, or can't receive calls. Most of the time my husband can't receive my calls and vice versa when we are both at home. We have been to two different T Mobile stores and worked with their expert customer care and still have problems.Was this review helpful to you?

Signal reception is between -100db and -115db. Calls drop and internet is sketchy at best. Numerous call to carrier have produced many promises but to date it's same old poor performance.Was this review helpful to you?
I only get one bar in my house if I go to my room, in my living room it says I have 5G but the speeds definitely don't reflect that. Photos are slow to load and so are messages. Calls are alright but can be spotty at times. I hope they build a new tower near me soon so I can get faster service.Was this review helpful to you?
AT&T service is bad. Even outside. Have to use wifi calling now that I have it and then I can only call in certain parts of the house. So much construction and still no reliable cell service. If any carrier gives you trouble REQUEST A FREE MONTH and ask for a corporate response in the complaint. File a complaint over the phone or at fcc.gov. provide all the addresses you are having issues with. They always respond to an FCC complaint.Was this review helpful to you?
