Sprint

My letter to the ceo of Sprint and to Patricia v. In the office of the ceo of Sprint Marcelo.clare and Patricia v., My time with Sprint was an experience.... I will not soon forget after 3+ years of service with sprint. Since June when my phone was stolen and needed replacement I have gone through what Sprint considers customer service experiences, that can not be fathom'ed. In total now since June I have spent 18hrs total on hold or talking with Sprint representives, I have been through four total phones and was on my way to needing a fifth, and had to travel approximately 30 miles to receive service to even use my phone. With that being said I hoped that the office of the ceo and it's representives would have listened to my concerns and at least attempted to solve my issue with something other than $250 worth of Bill credits, but instead I was asked to travel to two different stores across town from each other (approx 10 miles in traffic approximately 30 extra minutes) to be told that my phone would take an hour and a half to take a part and be fix with parts from a 14 day return that someone else had to bring back for whatever reason. I have attempted to give as much time was needed to accommodate the issue to be resolved and even given suggestions as to what could be done to retain my business. My suggestion was to just simply remove the nightmare of the note 4 from my life, weather it be something comparable or and upgrade version I did not care but somethig that worked well, I was told that my suggestions were just not possible. This is not an acceptable way to treat a customer of 3+ years of loyal service at 350+ dollars a month. I understand that I am not a corps. Or an Inc and that I am just Jon q. customer, but as such, I plan to advised everyone I know of the level of service that was provided to me even at the top level of your company via social media and word of mouth. I am sure I'll find that there are thousands of people just like me. Patricia has my information as to what was needed for the account going forward. Sincerely, a highly disappointed customer and former user of Sprint services

Had T-Mobile when my mom moved to Saddlebrooke. No coverage at all! She had to drive south toward Tucson to make a call. Losers! Switched back to ATT for the family plan. Since the switch in January 2015 she has not dropped a call. ATT is way too expensive - but my 85 year-old mom is happy. Nuff said.

Even though my reception says 4 bars LTE, the data strength is horrible. Several months ago they launched LTE at great speeds over 15 Mbps at this same intersection. Recently I noticed all over Tucson that speeds have dropped drastically. Just ran a test and showed.49 Mbps (I was waiting to hear the chirping from the old telephone modems). What is happening AT&T????? Used to love the service, now I am thinking of changing carriers (by the way I spend over $180 a month just in my cel)

Poor reception. Constant dropped calls. At least a 17% drop rate, if not more

Phone keeps beeping and tells me there will be a roaming charge applied if I use the phone. Typical lousy service I have come to expect from Sprint. I only used them because I am with CREDO mobile, which used to be Working Assets and is a socially responsible organization. Unfortunately, it appears trying to do the right thing comes at the cost of poor reception.

Where to start? The reception is very very poor. phone calls drop more than the Kardashians panties when they see a black entertainer!

Over the past year, our service has degraded dramatically. Before then, it was actually great. Sprint continues to try and say that their "Maps" show service is good in our area, but they obviously are not trying to make calls from this area like we do. They try to give me different lame excuses ever time I call. Now, they want to send a signal booster (Airwave) out to help, but this would require connecting to our internet. I almost reach my monthly download limit as it is for what I pay for, so connecting the airwave would definitely push me over that limit and require additional fees through my internet provider. I have been with Sprint for 21 years and am finally going to switch to another provider. I have 5 lines on my plan and am sure another provider would love to get my service. I would recommend that anyone in Sahuarita thinking about Sprint, to do some research on reviews before making a decision,

I have been with Verizon for years, The mistake I made was switching to an I Phone, we have no LTE or 3G 4G service at our home. I have called and complained to no avail. My contract is up in September 2015! Good Bye Verizon. Hello Land Line and my Computer!
