AT&T

I live and work in the same area and am paying for service on a phone that doesn't ring. I have to go outside to send a text to a phone that isn't an Apple product.

Converted from T-Mobile a couple years ago and found the reception perfect by comparison to Tmobile. Things could have changed since but inconvenient to change, when you already have the best.

This is a new apartment complex. While visiting there I received no bars at all on my phone. If I went outside I was lucky to get 2 bars. I could not even make a call.

I am thoroughly disgusted with Sprint. When I discovered a few years ago that the new tower under construction at the corner of Broadway Blvd.and Randolph Way was for Sprint 4G, my hopes soared because I live closer than a mile from that tower and my Sprint service had always been lousy, with a single bar of 3G and calls dropping and fading, even if I stayed rooted to a single spot during a conversation. Well, that 4G tower made zero difference in my Sprint signal. How can that possibly be? I live LESS THAN HALF A MILE from the tower! Several months ago I went into the Sprint store at Broadway and Campbell and mentioned the poor signal, so they pulled up a tower report and, to my dismay and disgust, was told that the tower configuration was complete and that I could hope for no further improvement. They offered me an Airave device at no charge, but that's a pretty lame solution because all it does is use the Internet to fake a stronger cellular signal in your house. What if I had no Internet? I'd be SOL. So, I'm dumping Sprint as soon as my contract is up and will probably go with T-Mobile (can't beat unlimited data), which seems to have the right idea about a lot of things cellular, even if their nationwide coverage isn't the greatest. At least that gives them some incentive to improve! Sprint owns all of the cellular spectrum and sells slices to its competitors, so I'm guessing their carrier business is secondary. It shows!

To put it simple, Sprint in Tucson sucks. Other places, it's average at best. Sprint advertises "4G LTE" in Tucson. I get LTE in places few and far between. Mostly on the east side around Broadway and Camino Seco, some parts on Speedway, but even at my own house (Campbell and 6th) it's ALWAYS on 3G. The calls drop frequently and overall just very dissatisfied. On a scale of 1-10 on the service in Tucson, I'd say 3 at best. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I hate sprint. The sales person lied and misled me into a horrible plan. I was also being charged for a phone I never had. Now I'm getting the runaround a about an adjustment. I was told insurance covers everything including water spills and of course when I went into the store I was told I needed to pay 200.00 more dollars. Don't get into a contract with these people. Liers and tricksters

I switched to Sprint because after 9 yrs with Verizon it seemed that cost kept going up I was on a fam plan with 3 phs unlimited with 2gs of internet..No other plans available for less cost so I switched to Sprint.. My biggest beef with Sprint is you cannot speak to anyone.. They give you a number to call and of course it's automated and still no live person.. It is really frustrating..

My phone service is fine, although I have to use the wifi quite a bit. My partners service is iffy at best. If he does get service, the reception is often poor. Their billing is horrendous and their representatives all tell you different things. I have been fighting with them regarding the bill for 2 months; they keep telling me it's straightened out, then I find out a couple of weeks later that it hasn't been taken care of at all. I finally ended up reporting them to the BBB. One of their representatives was extremely rude and actually suspended our service. We are going to go with another carrier; probably Verizon.

There is fair to poor service. Does not look like Verizon is going to do anything about it.

Verizon has very good reception at our location. Their billing management needs a lot of work. If you go into the store and make a change or want to add something the information doesn't get to the website. If you have to make a change to your service in any way, follow up to make sure the change is done correctly.
