Have to use Wi-Fi to call from my house. One bar on my cell phone outside of my house new Samsung S9. Also have a brand iPhone X

Sprint DATA SUCKS in Tucson. It's spotty. I use wifi whenever possible.

Signal seems to have gotten worse in the last 18 months to the point it is barely is usable unless there is some type of WiFi connection to tie into in the area. As others mentioned they have done well at ignoring the complaints, saying its the phones, buildings etc etc.

I can get a good signal when I'm in town but out here past Saguaro West it is intermittent at best.

DM varies. 1-2 bars at most around Clinic / Boneyard areas.

I've tested Verizon and determined that it has excellent service on 6th Ave and 36th St.near Downtown Tucson. I've had T-Mobile, Metro PCS and Sprint. These networks are terrible in this side of town. Verizon provides me satisfactory high speed data and call reception. I have been on their prepaid network for the past 4 Months and it's been wow excellent. I use 40 Gigs of high speed data per month.

Wife's phone on Verizon had terrible call quality... Dropped calls... Inaudible... . Turned off HD voice call feature on LG phone and now calls are perfect... Wasn't Verizon problem as first thought.

Verizon service in the past 3-4 months has become almost completely unusable and after several complaints they have done nothing.

Never have had a problem with reception or dropped calls. We pay a little more for Verizon but we get great coverage and great customer service. (Other than them deleting all of my rewards points in November and getting a new rewards plan that will prob also never pan out to any actual reward like the last one)

Verizon was good for years... .now it is really bad. Breaks up... no one can hear me... ..I'm disgusted with the service. Will be finding new provider when contract is up.
