I ride my bicycle along Alvernon south the whole way from speedway, to valencia. The Sprint connectivity stops, and starts. To be precise, I can stand in one spot, and see the bars go up to 5, and 30 seconds later there are NO bars at all. This happens all the way during my 9 mile ride south. Connectivity along this street is terrible for some reason. I can barely get my Slacker Radio to keep a song without temporarily stopping (probably to cache the stream). I've also wondered where this supposed 4G service is. I have 4G capability on my phone, Sprint doesn't hesitate to charge me the extra cash for this imaginary service, and all I ever get is that 4G icon constantly searching for a bit, then eventually going to sleep with ZZZ's on it. I use my smart phone like it was intended. For Data. I wish I could consistently get mediocre service in midtown. Was this review helpful to you?
T-Mobile has got to be the worse service out there. Always on edge very seldom even get 3G as they say they have 4G (I have yet to see it)and calls drop out all the time. Even the service Reps are horible. Can't wait for three month to dish out $300.00 to get out of contract. It will be worth every penny. Was this review helpful to you?
unable to make calls or send text. When making a call get a message on screen that says "Call Failed" and if you are sending a text it gives you a message that says Retries EXceeded.. ugh!Was this review helpful to you?
reception is good, customer service is very poor. I have a phone and I want to change plans. I was told I have to disconnect the phone I have and reactivate it with another plan for 70.00! They are crazy! I am looking into another providerWas this review helpful to you?
Two bars at best, very poor reception overall in Tucson. No 4G service that they claim! Was this review helpful to you?
I have had Sprint as my carrier for years without any reception issues until now. I bought an iPhone 4 S and in my houseI have dropped calls, 1 to 2 bars. My phone has been tested and it is not the phone it is the carrier. Frustrating. Was this review helpful to you?
We literally have spots marked with tape in our house where you might get reception. Sometimes it's on the floor. Sometimes it's against a window. Sometimes standing on a chair outside. Everywhere else there is no signal. And even the marked spots fail 50% of the time. Do you think Verizon will let me pay 50% of the bill? Was this review helpful to you?
The service for AT&T is amazing The only thing I don't like is how expensive it is It has fast data uploads, and great serviceWas this review helpful to you?
High frustration... low reception. Sprint service is pathetic in both voice and data. I lose reception while sitting in my living room. Call quality is choppy. Data transfer is lethargic. It takes an average of 70 minutes to send a picture message with 4 lines of text. The CompuServe service on a dial up connection I had 12 years ago is lightning fast compared to Sprint's non existent 3G / 4G service. Customer service is disgusting. Don't even think of going to the Sprint store on Broadway and Craycroft. You'll get nothing but overpaid idiots to aggravate you even more. Huge disappointment. Sprint... the Excuses Network! Was this review helpful to you?
I have nearly no reception at home. I drop about 80% of calls even with finicky Airwave hooked up. Two other Android phone models have the same reception at my home. Reception near UMC is iffy (average / below average). Thing is that I have perfect reception in the boonies near Prescott, AZ so I know it is not the phone's fault. I don't understand how Sprint can have such poor reception in a large city. I had better reception with Verizon in Tucson in 1998.Was this review helpful to you?
