Verizon say they will work on it. Bought T-Mobile pay as you go phone($29.99) Motorola v195, 5 bars inside house. I'll reply if Verizon can help receptionWas this review helpful to you?
Can't get reception in the house and usually reception is spotty even walking down the block away from home. Usually have to drive a couple of blocks away from Richey Blvd.to get consistent service. Most of the time when home, I have to set my phone to roam just to use the phone. Switching to another carrier as soon as my contract runs out because Sprint has too many dead zones in the middle of the city. Was this review helpful to you?
Afte many years of getting good rececption, the last ten days I can not receive calls in my downtown office. Sprint has no clue. I assume that they are having problems with a tower. But who knows? Was this review helpful to you?
This is a poor / no coverage zone for T-Mobile. I've called customer service and they confirm that there are no towers that service that area. Whatever you do, PLEASE do not get T-Mobile. I tried to resolve a coverage issue and they were completely apathetic. Sprint and Verizon work here, but T-Mobile, NO WAY.Was this review helpful to you?

I am a student at the unversity of arizona and I have no service in my dorm roomWas this review helpful to you?
We have 2 palm Cento phones in the household, it would be safe to say that 80% of our calls get dropped. Wish we could find a phone or service provider that worked better. My friend has Verizon and her phone doesn't work here either. Was this review helpful to you?
I've been with Verizon for about 5 years now, and despite my disappointment with their slowness to adopt newer, cutting edge phones, their reception is outstanding all around town. I seldom have problems placing a call, and calls almost never drop. I've enjoyed a similar experience in nearly every U.S. city to which I've travelled. I've had T-mobile, AT&T(just when they switched to GSM), and Sprint here in Tucson, and they were all poor in comparison. My friends who currently have AT&T (for their i-Phones) and Sprint frequently complain about poor service. I've really wanted to get an i-Phone, but just can't bear to leave Verizon's service. The i-Phone technology is so cool, but is pretty worthless in the end if you can't make a call or connect to the Net.Was this review helpful to you?
