T-Mobile
Great phones, great prices, but service is unusable. Looking for a usable service provider.

I pay premium price for Verizon for premium service, here in Tucson the service (connection) is terrible. I’m looking for a difficult provider that more reliable.

With T-Mobile we get 2 bars of signal inside the house, 3 bars outside. Running Speedtest on my phone I get around 45Mbps. The bad part is driving on Marsh Station Rd the signal will drop to 1 or 2 bars (and even occasional no signal) at times. Overall I give T-Mobile an Average rating because it seems about the same all over the Tucson metro area.

Here in this little valley we have fantastic reception with AT&T ever since they put a repeater on the side of the hill with the castle. Direct line of sight and less than a mile. I have OTR Mobile for my house internet which uses the AT&T network. 4G connection, speeds between 30 and 60 Mbps and between 4 and 5 bars on my hotspot without an external antenna.

I'm roaming tonight and Sprint doesn't do me the courtesy of letting me know why. That's not right. I've been a customer for many years and here in Tucson, this is the second time it's happened in the last several months.

Verizon Wireless - terrible 1-bar reception, constant dropped calls, and now our alarm system is an issue because the digital communicator cannot function properly with such low signal strength. We are averaging -110dBm which translates to consistent call-dropping bad. Bought a new Galaxy J7 phone after Verizon suggested older phone was the problem. What a waste. Reception was unchanged and remains bad as ever. Verizon may be working elsewhere, but we're big losers for having them here.

From the airport drive to the house each day its fine at 2 bars but when I get to Pantano heading east on Broadway I start to lose it and 0 bars when I get to Camino Seco…. which of course is where I live. Anyone in that area of Camino Seco and Broadway get a better signal?

constant reception issues that the company wants to deny exist. showed them numbers from speed trackers. after I left first time I found that part of them ' updating ' the phone was also uninstalling my speed trackers apps. customer service so pathetic I will never even consider this company again. stay far away.

I need to drive 3 miles away from the house to get reception of 3 bars on my iPhone 6s. I have called, for a boost, and have gotten voice animated responses, except this third time when I had a real person, who needed access to more phones than I had at the time. Sending a message, went really slow, and so I lost communication switching around from message to phone. UGH. Back where I started from.

ATT has their Antennas pointed east and west for I-10 coverage. I do not know about north of i-10 but south of I-10 more than 1-2 miles the coverage is 1-2 bars, Past 2 miles 1 bar no coverage
