For the past month Verizon has simply sucked numerous dropped calls no reception and supposed LTE works like a 2600 baud modem this is happening all over Albuquerque I might have to switch services as I can’t run my business without being able to speak with customers

Verizon is by far, the best cell phone service I have ever had. They taught me how to keep my phone running well, showed me settings in my phone, and I have service everywhere I go. I used to be with Cricket and would never have internet by the mountains or foothills and rarely in my house. I didn't know that I could have such great service until I went eith Verizon. Thank you Verizon!

I have gone to the office so many times, can't figure out what's wrong. Dropped calls, can't call out only once in a while,if I get a call goes straight to message or not able to connect,I'm going crazy I've read all reviews of other cell phone providers hopeless.

Lately, our phones show emergency call only, bought a booster didn't work, advice from representative to turn of WIFI when I make phone calls didn't change anything. Starting to look for a new provider.

Cannot use my Verizon cell number to run my home business. Calls are regularly dropped extremely poor reception. 4g signal is mostly non existent. This has been a problem for years. Verizon does not want to fix the problem and has identified my area as a margin service connection. Their lastest solution was when I am working at home turn on the wifi connection for the phone and use my Comcast service as a VOIP and just have to remember to switch it off when I leave.

CUSTOMER service is poor they need a better manager when the assistants finish with customers they get together and have a gab session or disappear in the back with coffee or other drinks. I wanted to have a Jet pack removed from my account that I had purchased at the beginning of the month but when my contract was up I had to wait until then end of the month. Went in on the first I was told it was removed, when I received my bill it had been taken off when I went back they said it wouldn't be removed until the next billing cycle. Are they that desperate for money?

I complained and complained! Verizon did not believe me, it took over 20 months of complaining before Verizon actually started testing reception coverage in my area. Just for them to tell me that they have minimal reception service in my area. The only thing worse than my reception coverage, was their customer service! They talk about customer loyalty, well I 13 years with them, and it meant nothing them!

Worthless. Big sell job by T-Mobile saying what great coverage they have compared to everyone else and I have been able to make one call in a week. Pissed. Worthless. And this site woud be more helpful if you could search by area to find out what coverage does worl, but even this website doesn't provide that. So, in the SOuth Valley and loooking for a carrier, still...
