T-Mobile has gone downhill, I have dropped calls on almost every phone call I make. The reception is horrible. Text messages take way too long to send.

Dropped calls in my house. I have to go outside to get a signal most days. Definitely can't sit on my couch and call or get calls. I have been a 20-year client (personal and professional) of Verizon. I'm looking for a new provider.

Lots of dropped calls and times when the caller can't hear you or you can't hear them, lots of texts that take forever to get to me or the other person, very very slow internet.

Between no service and one dot on iPhone 5s, usually 1 - 2 dots on iPhone 6s+ Throughout the neighborhood. Calls frequently just don't come through, we have had to start using a landline and give up on cell.

Horrible reception. Have personal Samsung. And work iphone from Verizon. One bar of 3g data, which is unusable. Phone calls drop if they come thru at all. So much for paying for a premium provider. Useless.

I don't get text. My phone doesn't ring when people are calling. The GPS is LOL, I actually had to buy a Garmin. Sprint told me my phone was the problem. So I got a brand new phone. But I am still having the same exact problems. Screw Sprint.
