Sprint is beyond stressful! I was having issues with not receiving phone calls or text messages while I was at home. I called the technical support team multiple times. They would always tell me give it 72 hours and you should see improvement but I never did. I also received the air-wave, which did nothing! I still was experiencing extremely bad service. I would call and all they would tell me is "looks like you have great service 100%"... . I was on a contract and the ETF is ridiculous! This should be a breech of contract on their end and wave those ETF.Was this review helpful to you?
Often no reception at all inside my house. I can get up to 3 bars if I go outside, but usually I only get 1 or 2 bars even outside... sometimes none outside. ATT says their cell towers are working properly so the only way to fix this is to buy a 3g cell from them. $149 for the 3g cell. I just can't believe ATT claims they have good service in ABQ... although I guess if they get enough people to buy their boosters maybe they do.Was this review helpful to you?
The service is atrocious, around Paseo del Norte and universe or rainbow area I don't trust them to even make an emergency 911call, I tried complaining, but there attitude is tough and if you cancel you will be penalized. Around the state its worse, I travel the northern New Mexico area and they are the worst service I've had over the years. Just trying to complete the contract I signed, will bad mouth them any chance I get not only for there service but there arrogance.Was this review helpful to you?
No issues with call quality or dropped calls, but the 4g LTE coverage is non-existent. Multiple calls to Verizon have resulted in accusations that it's my phone's fault (self induced hardware problems), suggestions that it's the sim card (which they refuse to actually send me a new one), or statements that the coverage in this area is "exceptional." Multiple checks on the phones of both friends and family when they're at my place confirm that it's purely a Verizon coverage problem. That is, unless all 6 phones were also bad... It's a shame that Verizon's once great customer service seems to be going the way of Sprint before I dropped them nearly a decade ago.Was this review helpful to you?

Cricket used to have good service, but since they sold to AT&T their service sucks. And their customer service is even worse. They are rude and they lie to you they tell you they will call you back and never do. They such bigtime!.Was this review helpful to you?

Love saving money... affordable phone bill huge plus. Mike at Cricket store on Menual has incredible customer service, is patient and very helpful. This is the 2nd phone same model I'm testing... the 1st phone did not drop calls. 2nd phone says "service unavailable" dead zones paseo &I-25... then again on tramway exit off I-25 drops call. I live in an adobe house with tin roofs, a wireless nightmare, and as I watch people with all other phone networks suffer in our house, T-Mobile has always worked very well here. Always 4G, not always LTE. They have been working on the towers over at this intersection for more than 4 weeks, (October / November 2014). Verizon is so bad here that I had to drive 2 miles away just to initialize my sis-in-law's new Verizon phones. She lives in old town ABQ and her phone only works AT ALL in a few spots in her house. I've been a Sprint Customer for nearly 12 years. I would give them a decent rating if I still lived there. However, in the ABQ area the cell phone coverage and data coverage is beyond horrible. I don't know how to describe the frustration of dropping calls, not being able to send text, not receiving calls or trying to look something up on the net (web surfing is slower then the dial up dates). They should not be charging for their service in this area but they tell my family that they have great service here. My wife said it best; "We better switch providers as Sprint is effecting our relationship.Was this review helpful to you?
