Sound consistently breaking up, calls drop regularly. We maintain a landline just for cellular back up and we use it frequently because of the problems.

Some calls don’t ring in. Others drop within seconds; minutes at best. Some calls ring in but the calling party can’t hear me. THE WORST SERVICE EVER in Albuquerque and we have been customers more than 30 years in Colorado!

Just switched 3 weeks ago from TMobile to Sprint because of their great phone deals - BIG MISTAKE! Sprint has given us 3 different explanations including a bad tower needing updates.-NOT what was told when we were being sought after as customers. So many dropped calls / non-completions, spinning wheels of death. Sprint service SUCKS!

T=mobile is about the best in Albuquerque, I normally don't have a problem. I just tried ATT I got for my kids (300 prepaid for year deal) People started asking me to repeat myself that I was cutting out, (And I was using the same phone... . just put the chip in for 1 day... ) Nope, I have to have the good service T=mobile for me,... . they just text all day... any carrier can text,

I've been with Verizon for over 15 years. I have never had any issues with reception until the last few months. Calls just drop! Then when I try calling my party back I get a message saying I can't make a call.

the only way I can get Verizon service in the house or the yard is to use WiFi and connect via home's Comcast internet (Verizon help desk suggestion... .). we supposedly had new Version network tower installed in Corrales, but seems to have made service worse - Verizon is terrible

Verizon is awful in Albuquerque, if you go near Walmart and Home Depot on west side forget it. No reception at the isleta amphitheater at all. AT&T works there and T-Mobile said they put a tower out there,

Never used to have a problem, but recently noticing many dropped or not received calls. Verizon certainly seems to have gone downhill.
