Lately, our phones show emergency call only, bought a booster didn't work, advice from representative to turn of WIFI when I make phone calls didn't change anything. Starting to look for a new provider.Was this review helpful to you?
Cannot use my Verizon cell number to run my home business. Calls are regularly dropped extremely poor reception. 4g signal is mostly non existent. This has been a problem for years. Verizon does not want to fix the problem and has identified my area as a margin service connection. Their lastest solution was when I am working at home turn on the wifi connection for the phone and use my Comcast service as a VOIP and just have to remember to switch it off when I leave.Was this review helpful to you?

CUSTOMER service is poor they need a better manager when the assistants finish with customers they get together and have a gab session or disappear in the back with coffee or other drinks. I wanted to have a Jet pack removed from my account that I had purchased at the beginning of the month but when my contract was up I had to wait until then end of the month. Went in on the first I was told it was removed, when I received my bill it had been taken off when I went back they said it wouldn't be removed until the next billing cycle. I complained and complained! Verizon did not believe me, it took over 20 months of complaining before Verizon actually started testing reception coverage in my area. Just for them to tell me that they have minimal reception service in my area. The only thing worse than my reception coverage, was their customer service! They talk about customer loyalty, well I 13 years with them, and it meant nothing them!Was this review helpful to you?
Horrible voice quality and reception even worse. No data or GPS connectivity. In fact, almost every place in ABQ is that bad. Looking to switch to another carrier after being with Sprint for 17 years.Was this review helpful to you?

Dropped calls in my house. I have to go outside to get a signal most days. Definitely can't sit on my couch and call or get calls. I have been a 20-year client (personal and professional) of Verizon. I'm looking for a new provider.Was this review helpful to you?
