Dropped calls in my house. I have to go outside to get a signal most days. Definitely can't sit on my couch and call or get calls. I have been a 20-year client (personal and professional) of Verizon. I'm looking for a new provider.

Between no service and one dot on iPhone 5s, usually 1 - 2 dots on iPhone 6s+ Throughout the neighborhood. Calls frequently just don't come through, we have had to start using a landline and give up on cell.

Horrible reception. Have personal Samsung. And work iphone from Verizon. One bar of 3g data, which is unusable. Phone calls drop if they come thru at all. So much for paying for a premium provider. Useless.

I bought a new phone because Verizon told me my other phone didn't work when I started having major problems which is been forever with my other phone. I have no phone reception in or around my home. I live alone and I'm disabled and they don't care. They want me to spend $250 and I don't have the money. I don't know what to do. This is cost me so much anxiety and I do not feel safe in my own home without and ability to make calls if necessary. They are the worst possible plan anybody could ever get in Albuquerque Northeast Heights. Help!#

Two months ago the service in this area started to degrade and has not comeback. Verizon says there is nothing wrong with the towers, but I call BS. Horrible.

I don't get text. My phone doesn't ring when people are calling. The GPS is LOL, I actually had to buy a Garmin. Sprint told me my phone was the problem. So I got a brand new phone. But I am still having the same exact problems. Screw Sprint.
