Service is usually 4G LTE but sometimes goes down to 2G. There are very few outages. Cost is about $90 per month. I use a Samsung Galaxy S10e from 2019 and I DO NOT like it.

We have always had really poor reception here. We have to not only go outside the house but to the middle of our corral to get reception. Multiple dropped calls!

Years ago we had great reception here when the reception went South we were told a New cell tower was being installed but it is now 2022 and the reception continues to get worse. I’ve been a customer for over 25 years at Verizon but I am on my way to terminate my service with them and seek out a new carrier, Comcast.

Either there is no service or the calls are dropped quickly. It used to not be this way out here and Verizon told us they are doing upgrades to correct it but that story with them started three years ago and there is no improvement.

I just moved here from Washington, Ut. Even with all the mesas and butes I was getting at least 2 bars. Since moving here dropped calls, 1 bar. For a city this is in acceptable. I have been with Verizon 20 years. Apparently they do no care here about their customers or reputation in Albuquerque NM.

After 30 years with Verizon, in NY, Hawaii and Albuquerque, I’m considering a change. Verizon’s service is spotty at best and in many areas around my house, non existent. It’s so bad that Verizon”loaned” be a booster just so my phone would sort of work inside my house. The service is consistently frustrating and in many cases worthless.
