Phone usually shows only 1 bar in my house. Unable to use the phone - constant dropped calls, both incoming and outgoing. Sometimes when I really want to talk to the person, I get in my car and drive to a spot about a mile away, where I can get up to 3 bars.

After many years of no problems, about 2 years ago, changes were made and the signal / reception for Verizon is terrible in our area. Registered a complaint several times. Will likely change service provider. If you live in the Vista Larga neighborhood / area in Albuquerque, do not select Verizon as your cell phone service provider.

For the last month practically no reception at Presbyterian hospital. I use my phone for work and it sucks. I have to Walk around the halls to find enough bars to send a text. Been a customer forever and it is so disappointing. May have to change carriers because you cannot get a straight answers from them if you can even get customer service on the phone.

Reception / service has declined markedly in past couple years---calls dropping, texts not going through or taking several hours to go through. One phone could not make or receive calls unless connected to wifi. Also, no reception indoors at Winrock Villa condos. Told to use advanced setting to switch to wifi calling there. Have heard that VZ signal is not reliable east of Tramway because of the elevation difference from the nearest tower and also less reliable in summer due to foliage on trees. VZ is sending a signal extender free of charge. Also, finding that on road trips out of state (Arizona, Colorado, Kansas, Texas, Oklahoma, and Florida) VZ coverage on frequently driven routes has deteriorated over the years.

For T-Mobile, reception was great until July / August 2016 when the cell tower was blown over by high winds, as reported by the Sandoval Signpost. An autumn edition (September? October?) of the paper reported the problem and suggested users of T-Mobile complain to T-Mobil for them to repair the tower as T-Mobil informed the Signpost paper they had NO intention of repairing the tower, and judging from the lack of cell service nearly 2 years later, they have not fixed the tower.

Have had problems for years with poor signal strength and dropped calls, Verizon have me a network extender because of interference with the signal. The network extender no longer works. They told me to turn on advanced calling to improve signal, Didn't work, A week later,I was told that my SIM card. wasn't activating and that I had no 4g network. I went to Verizon and had it replaced.,,, Didn't help with signal strength. Now was told that I am 6miles from the tower and need to get a new phone with Wi-Fi calling.

Almost everybody tells me I’m breaking up or they can’t hear me. Awful. Can’t make calls. Wagner Plumbers could not get my phone to ring or even mention that they had tried to calll.
