18 months ago 3 bar 4G service, now lucky to have 1X service. Customer service wants us to buy Cell extender. Claims system being worked on for 5G. Does not help now. Planning on changing companies.

Usually no reception even with if you can get one star. Even outdoors in the developments any signal is hit or miss.

Service and coverage is terrible with regular dropped calls and limited WiFi / data speed. Customer service relays that the towers are fine. They aren’t. I’m switching providers after being with Verizon for over fifteen years.

Who would have thought in this day and age I have go back to a land line to have phone service in Corrales.

Verizon has been terrible ever since the went UNLIMITED! Even though I have LTE and 3 or 4 bars, the download speed is horrible! Verizon in ABQ has gone downhill bad. So much so that I switched to T-Mobile and its been amazing how much faster it is to browse internet.

Verizon is by far, the best cell phone service I have ever had. They taught me how to keep my phone running well, showed me settings in my phone, and I have service everywhere I go. I used to be with Cricket and would never have internet by the mountains or foothills and rarely in my house. I didn't know that I could have such great service until I went eith Verizon. Thank you Verizon!

After all these years of Verizon being on top of the cell phone industries. You would think there would be no where that you would have bad reception. I am disappointed with the cost and service. Art

I have gone to the office so many times, can't figure out what's wrong. Dropped calls, can't call out only once in a while,if I get a call goes straight to message or not able to connect,I'm going crazy I've read all reviews of other cell phone providers hopeless.

Lately, our phones show emergency call only, bought a booster didn't work, advice from representative to turn of WIFI when I make phone calls didn't change anything. Starting to look for a new provider.
