If I could, I'd give NO STARS! These people are outright liars. The prices we were quoted by Josh in Albuquerque were completely bogus - we have consistently been charged $41 / month more than they quoted. We were also quoted that we would receive two free tablets last November as part of their promotion which have NEVER been provided. We have the prices, discounts and the tablets in writing but the store constantly tries to have us call corporate who tells us that this is the store's problem. Now Josh - who now works at the Uptown location won't take our calls. Time to find a reputable dealer and people who operate within a normal value system. Dishonesty is the most devaluing of all behaviors. TMobile does not care about their customers. DO NOT make the same mistakes we did by believing their lies.

Even worse than Cricket. Plus the $3 TMob plan really screws up iPhone 7 wifi use.

CUSTOMER service is poor they need a better manager when the assistants finish with customers they get together and have a gab session or disappear in the back with coffee or other drinks. I wanted to have a Jet pack removed from my account that I had purchased at the beginning of the month but when my contract was up I had to wait until then end of the month. Went in on the first I was told it was removed, when I received my bill it had been taken off when I went back they said it wouldn't be removed until the next billing cycle. Are they that desperate for money?

Have to use a microcell at our office along Paseo near Ventura and Eubank. Data and voice dead spot along much of Paseo. Also significant dead spot in and around Tanoan on Academy, and near Academy and Tramway. AT&T has not invested significantly in the growing ABQ metro area. Very spotty generally.

I complained and complained! Verizon did not believe me, it took over 20 months of complaining before Verizon actually started testing reception coverage in my area. Just for them to tell me that they have minimal reception service in my area. The only thing worse than my reception coverage, was their customer service! They talk about customer loyalty, well I 13 years with them, and it meant nothing them!

Horrible voice quality and reception even worse. No data or GPS connectivity. In fact, almost every place in ABQ is that bad. Looking to switch to another carrier after being with Sprint for 17 years.

There seems to be a T Mobil " black hole" with little or no reception within a mile or so of Eisenhower Midfle school

Dropped calls in my house. I have to go outside to get a signal most days. Definitely can't sit on my couch and call or get calls. I have been a 20-year client (personal and professional) of Verizon. I'm looking for a new provider.
