Everyone I call says they only here every other word and I am standing still in one place not moving in my bedroom by a slider. I have to go outside and they say it is much better. FRUSTRATING. I just upgraded, and almost switched to boost mobile but stuck with the lone timer I've had, ugh.

Never had trouble with AT&T before moving to the Volterra Hills neighborhood. Now I have little to no coverage. Have to switch to my wifi network to upload or download data. Calls are still difficult. Work phone has Verizon as a carrier and the coverage is much better. AT&T blows. And when you call AT&T for help, they offer to sell you a $150 micro booster to enhance their service. This is so tacky and lame.

calls go the voice mail, frustrating customer service cant get any help with my service. All these damn companies think that we are dependent on these horrible cell phones that give bad service and serve as information collectors for the government, stealing one's privacy, I WILL find a way to get rid of it!

AT&T is generally poor in ABQ, with a lot of data and voice dead spots. No coverage at all along Paseo del Norte, and no to little data coverage in the popular Tanoan neighborhood.

Was told that a new tower would be available as of 12 / 2014 which would correct connection problems and dropped calls. I need to up-date my phone but am very reluctant to continue with Sprint as it has always been my provider, at least 13 years.

I've had cricket for years and ever since AT&T has taken over the service has become terrible! Don't do it, Cricket is $60 for unlimited everything but now expect dropped calls, incoming calls that go to voice mail and don't even ring to your phone, internet that just spins and spins! This is my last month with Cricket I must part ways after 6years!

Just moved here. I have one bar. Called Virgin Mobile (my contract) and they didn't return my call. Emailed them; got a canned email back saying they'd contact me soon. That was four hours ago. Guess I'll be looking for a new carrier.

cannot receive calls from Florida and individuals in NM are having difficulty getting through. I run 2 businesses and find this to be inconvenient and ludicrous. To elevate my frustration ATT has done nothing to address the issue other than the basic phone tech running through their protocol and fill the illustrious "ticket" out( phone talk for I've put it on a post it note for someone to find)
