Seems there was some reception some years ago--on neighbor's phone, so we went with T-Mobile--absolutely no signal now for months and months. Thought we were covered by tower near the Hollywood sign.

I have three Google extenders, Spectrum service TV / Computer / WiFi and Sprint / T-Mobile for my Apple IPhone. The cell phone constantly cuts out all over the house and people leave messages but I don't get them on the phone until, maybe one / two, a week or two later. What's the point of having a cell phone??

Always when I get to John Marshall High School my Verizon service goes to 1 bar or no reception at all. I thought that I had the best service provider because I am paying close to $100.00 a month. It seems like Verizon doesn't provide good service in the metropolitan areas North of L.A. I am a dead man during an emergency in Los Feliz / Griffith Park area. I hope Verizon reads my comment and decide to install more cell phone towers on the Los Feliz / Griffith Park / Glendale / Echo Park area. I should have no problems with my signal for the kind of money I am paying.

Att has garbage service here. Been using a microcell for yrs and it died. Their solution? Leave AT&T and get another carrier. F you att. 20yrs as customer. No loyalty

can't connect calls even on wifi calling. Phone bar consistently at 1 bar. No surprise, but LTE also is pretty slow down to a crawl on most days.

I'm on the Verizon network (through Credo) and even in my apartment with Wi-Fi, the calls continually drop. I have to pay for a landline so I can have a real conversation. When I'm walking around my neighborhood, there are only certain spots where I can make calls. If I need to use Waze, I have to drive away for a while before it works.

Sprint service in Los Angeles and the Echo Park area and pretty much all around the city is a joke! As is their customer service. I’ve been trying for six months to get a replacement for my air rave they send me the return package but still no equipment? Every time I call it’s Groundhog Day! they tell me they don’t have an order number or tracking number so they re-order but I still don’t have any equipment. I’m finally giving up! I’d rather spend my time teaching my dog Spanish! I’m gonna take my money elsewhere. if you live in Los Angeles Echo Park area do not use this company! Awful service awful customer service!
