Perfect reception: 4-5 bars. No dropped calls;however, the new 3G coverage only works near downtown LA or in downtown. But other than 3G not working for my iPhone 4S around my neighborhood, T-Mobile is a great carrier to switch to.Was this review helpful to you?
All calls from this intersection experience significant cut outs and 9 / 10 calls are dropped. there is no difference between interior and exterior. Signal / service is non existent at several times throughout the day.Was this review helpful to you?
Oct 16, 2012 Have actually had what I would call "Good" reception here for several years, but just recently it is a clear "Poor". In fact as I write this it's "No Reception"! Time to switch--I've had it with AT&T.Was this review helpful to you?
I've had Sprint for about 8months. The first 4 months I had very good reception. Then it all went down hill from there. Now I get 0 to 1 bars inside my apartment. I have to go outside to have a lengthy conversation or else my call will drop. I am very disappointed with my wireless service. Was this review helpful to you?
Horrible reception. ATT should not even be allowed to sell mobile service in West Hollywood. Avoid them like a herpes infection. Was this review helpful to you?
My house is built into a hillside and used to get zero reception with AT&T. Now I can go upstairs and downstairs and never drop a call. Very happy with reception. Expensive thoughWas this review helpful to you?

I have a difficult time connecting to the internet in my building... I have a very weak signal and lose connection all afternoon long. I would not recommend T-Mobile for this area at all! It's been very trying. Was this review helpful to you?
No service in Hollywood for 2 months. Disgusting customer service center, after an hour + on the phone they finally agreed to offer me $15 credit. Total bullsh*t.Was this review helpful to you?
Would love to go back to T-Mobile because of their customer service, but unfortunately the only company that has any reception on my street is Verizon (have tried AT&T, T-Mobile and Sprint). Hopefully in two years when my contract runs out and I lose unlimited data I will be able to go back to T-Mobile because they nickel and dime for everything. Maybe do a prepaid trial so I can keep my number that I have had since 1998.Was this review helpful to you?
