Sprint service in the parking area and pretty much all around the city as a joke! As is their customer service. I’ve been trying for six months to get a replacement for my air rave they send me the return package but still no equipment every time I call they tell me they don’t have an order number or tracking number so they re-order but I still don’t have any equipment. I’m finally giving up I’m gonna take my money elsewhere if you live in Los Angeles Echo Park area do not use this company awful service awful customer service!

I drop calls frequently at my house in Echo Park. Reception tends to get even worse in the afternoons. I am lucky to get 1 service bar.

Up until about 5 months ago Sprint has been very good to me for connected calls. I have been with them for over 15 years here in the LA area (West Hollywood). Now, I cannot make a call without it dropping... horrible reception. I've talked with them several times and even installed their "airave" booster box in a window here... does zero for reception. In all my conversations with Sprint and others, I have concluded that its all the new vertical building happening in the area that is interfering with the cell towers. I'm now trying to figure out who to switch to. They all sound like they are having issues in this area. I know AT&T doesn't work here either. So that leaves Verizon or T Mobile.

From Chicago where I generally have really consistent speeds and coverage. Visiting LA and in the Los Feliz neighborhood the service is useless! Very poor in Hollywood and West Hollywood as well, very frustrating! Paying top dollar for Boost Mobile service!

I walk around this area daily and have very little to no cellular data reception anywhere within blocks of this intersection. It is extremely spotty, and often completely out, both on the busy high-rise avenues and on side residential streets.

I get absolutely no reception at my home and if I do I have to wait 2-3 minutes just for one page to upload. I can literally walk away make something to eat and come back and my page will still be uploading! Horrible service!
