I just moved here and have no service whatsoever even with a cell phone booster. How is this possible? How can one have a cell phone company in America, in a major metropolitan city, I am a street off sunset blvd in la, that does have service??? This is absurd AT&T. Absolutely horrible.

Sprint service is awful in the Echo Park area. Every time I call to complain about 98% of my calls are dropped. They check my coverage and said their working on the towers. I asked them why are they lying to me cause every time I call its the same answer. SPRINT service is terrible I drop them and went with a pre paid phone paying only $30 a month and better service then when I had Sprint. If you want better service drop them cause all their doing is taking your money like they did to me.

We have a Verizon and T-Mobile tower right on top of our office building. Maybe that's why I even have reception inside the elevator

Only 2 out of 6 bars here at home and throughout town and the 4G LTE is as bad too. I have called Sprint Customer Service many times and all they tell me they are upgrading their network. I have also asked for a signal booster and never received it. Like a previous post stated, Customer Service is useless. If you are considering Sprint, think twice. I'll be changing my carrier soon. Thankfully, I haven't renewed my contract after it expired last year.

Sprint is an absolute disaster throughout California San Fran to LA. I'm visiting but if I had to do business here and needed Sprint I would be screwed. This is LA. Completely unacceptable !

Our house is in a zone of extremely poor signal (MtWashington / Highland Park). Tried both AT&T and Verizon but T-Mobile is the only cell service we've found to work in house. Voice is great, 3G Data works fine but we use WiFi once home so can't truly judge. Neighbors just across the street require a signal booster for Verizon with what seems like mixed results... T-Mobile works in our neighborhood!

Amazing coverage in HLP and South Pas. Dropped Verizon due to their lack of coverage in South Pas. Often had no service in buildings with them. T-Mobile is the fastest and most reliable in LA!
