Constantly have to restart / shut down phone due to constant "locking / freezing up"! Your luckly of you get a bar - no service inside any physical dwelling or outside. Forget trying to use internet all it does is buffer's. Do not pay for unlimited of anything - waste money! This LG POS is suppose to be receving "3G" transmission LIARS! This POS couldn't even make cents out of nothing! If your in the SOUTH BAY AREA - look for another service provider - you'll be getting no service thru SPRINT PCS - might have good customer service, but for product service they have NONE! For the record it took 15 minutes to type this out due to NO SERVICE! THANKS SPRINT KEEP UP THE WORST SERVICE JOB EVER AWARD - YOU DESERVE IT! *NO STARS AT ALL*!Was this review helpful to you?
NO coverage inside the house. I have to walk down the street to get any reception. Sprint store salesman told me they had taken a Torrance tower out of service permenantly and one was "Out of service for repairs". That was a year and a half ago and the towers still don't work. I've had AT&T in the past and never had reception prob. I've been with them now for 3years and have had iPhones the whole time. I get no reception ! I have to always hang up or just call back later. This is crazy... . I just want a provider to do as they promise!Was this review helpful to you?
Service goes in and out in the house. Works fine in one room, but move to another room and call drops constantly. I think this is truly a dead zone. Has been this way since 2001.Was this review helpful to you?
I actually regret leaving Boost Mobile for Sprint. Ever since I switched I've had nothing but problems. The two places I spend the most time, work and at home, I have the worst reception. I get absolutely no data or cell signal at work. Only when I hop on the freeway do I finally at least get some sort of 3g. I can't even make a call until I completely leave the zip code. Then next thing I know, I get no cell signal at my house. I updated the PRL and my profile multiple times at Sprint's request but it has not helped. I've only had them for about 2 months now but I'm about to save some money so I can switch to Verizon. They are absolutely pathetic.Was this review helpful to you?
Cell phone reception averages anywhere from -91 to -106 in this neighborhood. I'm using an iPhone 4 so not sure if its the phone or the service. I previously was on the T-Mobile network using a Blackberry Bold and cell phone service was also bad at this address.Was this review helpful to you?
hello frustrated user of cellular city I have virgin mobile and I have not used my phone sinced the 12 of march and then I called virgin they tell me that the towers are I getting upgrades and I have benn calling for the past 3 weeks almost a month and I also had virgin credit me the whole amount of my bill and I still have no service I tried to reactivate my phone it tells me activation failed... .they need to fix this asap..plus this is my only phone... the weird part is I got my full bars and the 3g logo but no serviceWas this review helpful to you?
