Just north of CSULB, Blue Pyramid. Really poor connectivity. Usually only one bar, often none at all ("searching" for network). Not really useful as a telephone most of the time. Need to build more towers to service the 30,000+ student campus next door.

Just north of CSULB, Blue Pryamid. Never had good connectivity, usually only two, maybe three bars, sometimes one or none! Need more cell towers please, especially near a campus with 30,000+ students and faculty.

The thing that I don't understand is how the quality of Sprint reception seems to undulate from decent to horrible. Now definitely in the horrible phase. Calls are intermittently dropping sound, then eventually just drop the connection. "Call Failed"... it's getting to be the new norm. I've been using Sprint for two years. The past week has been the worst. Not just at home in LBC, but also at work in Brea. It's dropping there as well. Get it together, Sprint! You charge way too much each month for service that is becoming more akin to cheap walkie talkies.

I actually regret leaving Boost Mobile for Sprint. Ever since I switched I've had nothing but problems. The two places I spend the most time, work and at home, I have the worst reception. I get absolutely no data or cell signal at work. Only when I hop on the freeway do I finally at least get some sort of 3g. I can't even make a call until I completely leave the zip code. Then next thing I know, I get no cell signal at my house. I updated the PRL and my profile multiple times at Sprint's request but it has not helped. I've only had them for about 2 months now but I'm about to save some money so I can switch to Verizon. They are absolutely pathetic.

Little or no reception at home or Work(LA Area) I got the Airwave from Sprint for home. This provided some improvement. Prior to the airwave could only talk on phone when I was in a back bedroom window. Now I can talk in any area of the house but the call will eventually drop in a few minutes. Contract up soon will go to either T-Mobile or Verizon

Kept T-Mobile service but no service signal. Cancelled tmobi plan. It earlier used to work with my roommate earlier but didn't work in my iPhone unlocked for tmobile. Using straight talk-- phone works perfect, Internet slow but ok, good for email, browsing but not good for you tube AT&T is however great to this area but cancelled for price reason

Sprint is by far the worst carrier I've had. I thought it was going to be an upgrade going from metro PCS and virgin mobile but I was wrong, oh so wrong. My phone works like 50% of the time at home and like 25% at school(CSULB where I spend most of my time) 60% everywhere else. Oh and trying to send a picture message ? Forget about it. Expect frustration. Once my contract ends I will NEVER use metro again!
