I am totally TIRED and FED-UP at T-Mobile's lack of network coverage, especially at the Bluff! Totally down now. Now no SIM recognition. I will have to get a wifi voice phone or find carrier with signal here. Put a tower on White Island!

My reception was never very good at my apartment since I got my new phone in April. But this last week it's gotten considerably worse. I even had a dropped called while I was sitting in my car on the street! I can't keep a phone conversation going for longer than a few minutes now. I will have to get a land line if it doesn't get better. I have Verizon and unfortunately just renewed my contract. I'm going to test other's carrier's reception where I live in preparation for a switch.

I Have had nothing but HORRIBLE coverage! I can't count how many times I have spoke with customer service. EVERYONE tells me something different, or they don't have a clue of what I am talking about. I just want to be able to talk on the phone without it disconnecting ALL the time. I don't want to contact aliens from pluto. All the advertisements about all the high tech features you can have. I'll go back to the old dial phones, they at least kept me connected.

I only get good reception at the places I dont need it like work and the T-Mobile store lol not joking. Its sad I am paying for 4g service and it only comes in when Im in my parking lot at work or T-Mobile store. We dont have many Sprint stores, not locally.

I am currently receiving 4G service with Sprint Woo Hoo. The only problem is my phone can't decide where I am, is says Long Beach, Lakewood and Haiwan Gardens. It can seem to decide where I am, I am in Long Beach.

I dont have no problems with reception here. I get all my text messages fast and no dropped calls. Never had issues with the service. Phones yes but not the service.

Long Beach cellsite moratorium still in effect until Aug 2011. Write to your council district to complain. Cell phone users need to organize if you want decent coverage in residential areas
