Horrible, horrible, horrible reception, especially inside the home! I thought it was the phone, but it's Verizon because people with Verizon do not get good reception inside my home. Was this review helpful to you?
Just moved here. My new house is a black hole. Only get signal (barely) in certain parts of the house. Outside is no signal at all. Have to drive several blocks south to Pioneer east of Burning Tree to get decent signal again. Otherwise I have been happy with general reception around Orange County. Was this review helpful to you?
I just moved into this apartment complex and I have no reception whatsoever. Sometimes, I would get a "no service" response. It is time to change carriers. Was this review helpful to you?
Horrible reception in all of Rossmoor, and major portions of Los Alamitos. Was this review helpful to you?
AT&T Wireless (GSM)
I had a Motorola V60 (TDMA) before and reception is marginal inside my home. I switched over to the Siemens S46 (GSM) last week and the reception went from bad to worst. However, I was able to switch to the Cingular network with the Siemens S46 and the reception went from worst to good. I'll keep Cingular for now.Was this review helpful to you?

Very good reception, I get 4 to 5 bars, regardless whether inside or outside of buildings. Was this review helpful to you?
Voice breaks and in a seconds or so signal fades. Other friends have switched to other providers and I am waiting for my contract to be over. Was this review helpful to you?
I can't even hear. I would prefer a Verizon phone or a Sprint. Was this review helpful to you?
Verizon with the Motorola V60c make a deadly combination of clarity in reception. Was this review helpful to you?
AT&T Wireless (TDMA)
I've had "Average-No Reception" lately due to a faulty Nokia 3360. Changed to my Ericsson R300LX (backup phone) and reception is "Good-Perfect" now. Trying to make up my mind if I really want to go with AT&T's GSM system. My contract has been up, and I just saw an attractive new, 2-year, "Limited Offer" plan that I like. I also want the Motorola V600, but how long do I have to wait. I would move today if I could get the V600 right now, and also "Add a Line". Maybe another carrier will offer something that will catch my eye soon, and that will make up my mind. Ether way, I think with the AT&T / Cingular merge, GSM will only get better. Was this review helpful to you?
