Just two weeks ago Sprint has failed me. I now get little to no service. I didn't realize this issue has been going on for quite sometime with Sprint customers. Sadly to say, I'm sticking with them for two reasons. One, my contract isn't over until another year and a half. Two, they have the unlimited data plan! I will reconsider once my contract is over.

Up until 3 weeks ago I had decent service on my phone. Then I had issues making and receiving calls and text. I can dial but it will not initiate the call. I can type a text but it will not send. I get an error that says text message was not sent. Oncce I get about half way from the house I am able to use my galaxy ll note just fine. Im so frusterated. I want to use my phone from home.

I'm always on wifi so I don't usually have a problem at home but I will get on a good day up to 1.1 Mbps download speeds and on bad days 7 Kbps downloads around the city of LB. As a general tip make sure to often perform this Sprint users: phone -> dial ##update# (or ##873283#) and allow the phone to reset its network settings. Hope this helps!

I seem to always get horrible connection here, 3 bars at most and rarely connected to 3G, almost always the o connection or extended network, calls, texts, browser and apps that require Internet connection run very slowly or don't work at all.

Just north of CSULB, Blue Pyramid. Really poor connectivity. Usually only one bar, often none at all ("searching" for network). Not really useful as a telephone most of the time. Need to build more towers to service the 30,000+ student campus next door.

Just north of CSULB, Blue Pryamid. Never had good connectivity, usually only two, maybe three bars, sometimes one or none! Need more cell towers please, especially near a campus with 30,000+ students and faculty.

The thing that I don't understand is how the quality of Sprint reception seems to undulate from decent to horrible. Now definitely in the horrible phase. Calls are intermittently dropping sound, then eventually just drop the connection. "Call Failed"... it's getting to be the new norm. I've been using Sprint for two years. The past week has been the worst. Not just at home in LBC, but also at work in Brea. It's dropping there as well. Get it together, Sprint! You charge way too much each month for service that is becoming more akin to cheap walkie talkies.
