You have to request a Sprint airvana or airave free if you have poor reception. It's a cell repeater.. It willsupply cell reception in your house. Where you don't have any good reception. But required to be connected to cable modem... at no extra charge. just complain complain..good luckWas this review helpful to you?

I am totally TIRED and FED-UP at T-Mobile's lack of network coverage, especially at the Bluff! Totally down now. Now no SIM recognition. I will have to get a wifi voice phone or find carrier with signal here. Put a tower on White Island!Was this review helpful to you?
My reception was never very good at my apartment since I got my new phone in April. But this last week it's gotten considerably worse. I even had a dropped called while I was sitting in my car on the street! I can't keep a phone conversation going for longer than a few minutes now. I will have to get a land line if it doesn't get better. I have Verizon and unfortunately just renewed my contract. I'm going to test other's carrier's reception where I live in preparation for a switch.Was this review helpful to you?

I Have had nothing but HORRIBLE coverage! I can't count how many times I have spoke with customer service. EVERYONE tells me something different, or they don't have a clue of what I am talking about. I just want to be able to talk on the phone without it disconnecting ALL the time. I don't want to contact aliens from pluto. All the advertisements about all the high tech features you can have. I'll go back to the old dial phones, they at least kept me connected.Was this review helpful to you?
I've noticed sporadic reception during the day, but at night 90% dropped calls. Lucky to get 1 bar inside or out. Notified T-Mobile about the issue a month or two ago. No fix. Time to change carriers.Was this review helpful to you?
