Incoming Phone calls go unheard, dropped calls, complaints of not being heard from other calling. Internet search can have long delays. Mail does not load. Is there anywhere in HB where AT&T works? I’ve asked that question in 3 different AT&T stores, attitude is the only answer I receive. AT&T employees are just awful!

The funny thing is my phone says I have full lte bar signal and when I test download I barely get 1mgbs. not sure anymore what signal I am getting but data is non existent in my phone and where I work

The quality of T-Mobile has dropped during the past few years. Use to live in LA. I left Sprint to join T-Mobile. I was happy for the 1st months then out of no where horrible service. Moved to Long Beach and even worse.

I have one bar of signal. Calls do not go through. T-Mobile’s coverage map claims perfect signal. There is none here.

Rarely gets 3 bars LTE for more than 2seconds. Internet connectivity slow to none. Frequent drops to low 3g. No towers nearby. ATT the only game on the West side of 710. Horror.

In the house, 2 bars / 4G usually about 3-4Mbps down and people not being able to hear me on calls. Outside the house, 3 bars / 4G usually about 3-4Mbps down and people are able to hear me.

I have one bar or less all the time at this location, and have to walk outside to take calls. This is unacceptable for the middle of Orange County. Try any other carrier for better coverage.

One ir two bars all the time. I have the “premium” package but it doesn’t make a difference. The entire Buena Park area is the same. Dont go with AT&T. Im looking for a different service and ran into this site. Looks like a problem since 2005.
