I ride the bus on torrance from Crenshaw to Vermont and from normandie to Vermont, it is literally dead. Texts won’t go through, YouTube? Absolutely no way you can play a video from normandie and torrance. It’s been like this since 10 / 2017, I placed 50 pins (5 different points along my commute) and they have not even done anything. The same dead zones

I figured I would update this since it has been close to four years. My office is located on Gramercy Place in Torrance and I still find that data is for the most part unusable. I had switched to AT&T, which was worlds better but recently needed to switched back to Verizon. I generally see one bar LTE if I am lucky and many times 2-3 bars 3G and other times no Data. This is a sad commentary on Verizon since I have a coworker who is using Mint Sim that gets better signal strength and has no issues with Data

Cannot make or receive calls, texts. emails. Nothing! There is one sweet spot in the stairwell at the 5th floor where, when blessed, I get 2 bars.

Drove from Lakewood to Carson at 8pm with no service. Shows full bars and LTE but keeps saying no internet connection. It is now 2am... no internet connect this entire time. Even connected to a new wifi system, still not fast. Spotty service all around Long Beach->Bellflower->Lakewood->Carson. Especially in downtown LA. Pay the extra money and get a better provider. Sprint works half of the time... not when it counts.

I can hear caller but they can't hear me. I break up after a few words--continuously thru call. Only this way, in last year. I have had T-Mobile for years before that no problems. I had these problems as mentioned when I had my LG4 and now worse or so it seems with ZTE. They sent me a tower but of little help.

No Reception at 3635 Artesia, 24 Hour Fitness Hermosa, 24 Hour Fitness on RB and Prairie, and 400 N Harbor Dr. in RB. So, my apartment, my work, and both the gyms I go to. It's like someone's following me around and cutting off my service everywhere I would need service. However, can play YouTube in my car on the way to any of these places. Useless!

T-Mobile hasn't always been the fastest in this area but in the last month I have not been able to get over 100 kB / s on LTE! So unacceptable.
