I can see by other reviews in 2004 had poor service in this same area. Well it's 12 years later and Tmoblie service in this same location so still Crap! Can make calls, but data is horrible, can't even open a Web page without it taking several minutes. Was this review helpful to you?
Sprint does not care about people in low income communities. Other communities have better service period. Was this review helpful to you?
The reception is getting worse and worse. I have no idea why this would change. Was this review helpful to you?
slow. With 4g and LTE. Can't even watch YouTube videos because they won't load at all. Messages take a bit long to send. Can't watch Netflix either. Takes long to load videos / pictures on Instagram and snapchat. It's irritating. HUGE mistake. Should've just stayed with Sprint. Sprint slow but it sure is faster than t mobile. T mobile was charging me an extra $30 just so my phone can be faster. Then what's the point of have an unlimited plan...Was this review helpful to you?
I live in Compton and work in Huntington Beach and I never have more than 1 to 2 bars. Full bars for me is 3 / 5 and that is if I'm lucky. I drop calls, cant make calls, and cant send text messages a majority of the time. Internet access? Don't even bother. I have unlimited data with AT&T and am switching pretty soon. Was this review helpful to you?

I had Verizon from 2012 till 2013, loved the service but the bill was too high, so I went to sprint, BIIIGGG MISTAKE. so now I'm back with Verizon, got a better deal and am able to use my phone in my home again. Was this review helpful to you?
I think that Verizon is getting a little bit zealous in the bigger is greater and just blowing off some customers like me. I asked them to please sign me up for bottom of the barrel elipses 7 tablet, since last wednesday, they have dropped the ball up to today, Monday 11 / 10 / 2014. I guess they are getting too greedy and not treating their customers as they should. Only ATT offers a 6.0 display which can equalize the Note 4, but ATT I hear their reception blows. What to do? Verizon doesn't care vs. ATT's bad reception, hmmm? What a monopoly of service...Was this review helpful to you?
I just want to address the TMo review (Downey, CA) below mine so I don't come off as a TMo saleperson. I AM NOT. Are you using a non-LTE capable phone? I still have my LG Optimus L9. It uses TMo's HSPA+ network. Speeds on that phone have gotten noticeably worse over the last year. I'm speculating of course but it wouldn't surprise me that it's because TMo are doing minimum maintenance on that older network as they move towards upgrading to LTE. I will reiterate again, TMo's LTE speeds are up there...Was this review helpful to you?
