Sprint, Nextel, Virgin and Boost dead zone! These phone companies all use the same carrier (Sprint). The only reason I keep my old phone is because I can force it "roam" to use Verizon. Other wise my Sprint phone is useless at home.

No reception in my home, Voicemail comes through though! why is that? why cant I get voice calls. no bars on my phone at all. My friend suggested I hold my phone up in the air for better reception. hard to talk that way. Verizon is supposedly putting in a cell tower nearby, but no one knows anything :(

When I am inside my house I get only 2 bars but when I am outside and anywhere else exsept some places in P.V. I have almost full bars. I have never dropped a call and I get all text.

I get alot of dropped calls with ATT..when I had Sprint coverage was excellent... but Im thinking maybe its the phone..??

Been with Nextel about 8 years. Good reception almost everywhere in South Bay area. I did upgrade to a new phone a while back and my reception was terrible. Nextel recommended I take phone to service center. They exchanged my phone for a new one and reception was back to normal again.

he coverage is fantastic, but their customer service is horrible! I was lied to multiple times by different employees and even their supervisor was rude. I am cancelling my contract early.

I'm a truck dispatcher and we just moved to the new warehouse a week ago. I have no reception whatsoever. I cannot use phone nor radio. It is a very bad area for logistic companies.

my Samsung t809 seems to get better reception than most phones. I don't why exactly. but my girl friend borrows it when she does not want to miss a call on the road or at home.

I been using AT&T going on 2 years and the reception is horrible. No bars inside my house constanly dropping calls. If I need to use my phone I need to walk out to talk. Or if I'am in my room I just hear the phone ring and then it droops the call. I spike with a sales representative and toldthem my problem I was haveing. She ever told me that they knew they had that problem. The don't have enouh attenas or setalite on alot of areas. I'am just waiting one more month b-4 my contract is over. After Iam going with T-Mobile or Sprint no more AT&T they are horrible... Be carefull when you buy a phone with them ask them first how the reception is in your city...

I sometimes can have a complete conco with out dropping it, other times I can slam the phone against the wall! I will be on the phone and it just blanks out on me. the worse part is that it'll try to redial and it says that I'm roaming! agony!
