Sprint reception sucks in most of Long Beach. You get 1x or no signal on campus of poly high school (Atlantic / MLK). Version and T-Mobile don't seem to have issues

I've been at this address for six years. The first five, Verizon gave me no reception issues. I take over a business, and now I'm dropping calls in every part of the house except outside. If I don't run outside every time a potential customer calls, I run the risk if dropping the call and potentially frustrating or even losing a customer. 'F' Verizon. Put things back the way they were. So many companies seem to be back peddling their value these days. I guess the latest business motto is, "Get them with great initial service, then reduce it. Most will be too lazy to do anything about it. Or better, won't have a choice." Verizon is way worse. Apple is way worse. Netflix is way worse. United States Postal Service is way worse (though this is probably because I'm in a "lower income" neighborhood, not a company-wide thing). I'm probably going to change, though I'm not sure it's going to do any good.

Just got this hotspot, updated software and been comparing to VerizonWireless MiFi 6620. Sprint consistently returning better results than Verizon. Sprint usually on band 41, 3 to 4 bars, -90db, downloads at 11 mbps, uploads at 8 mbps. Verizon on band 4, 1 to 2 bars, -105db, downloads at 3 mbps and uploads at 1 mbps. However, got Verizon on band 2 this morning and wow - comparable performance to Sprint! However, it lasted may 1 hour and then Mifi 6620 reverted back to band 4 (i.e., slow). Sometime band 13 better. Rating Sprint coverage as average in this area as I've seen better Sprint and VerizonWireless elsewhere.

1 to 2 bars typical, 3 maybe. Best reception on Band 4, @ -99db for Verizon LTE. Best speeds at 4kbps down and up - average usually 1.5kbps. Issue is not my devices as I'm getting 25kbps downloads in Seal Beach. Poor coverage in this area and forget any bandwidth when there is an event in the marina / convention center (like the Grand Prix, Pride, etc.). Verizon's new LTE Advanced network not appearing to help based on neighbor's new iPhone 7. Will be trying Sprint (reviews don't seem encouraging) but it's got to be better than this.

The reception is getting worse and worse. I have no idea why this would change.

Never 4G. Signal strength flucutates and drops often to 1x or Extended, not even 3G. High data use in a month has a noticeable slow-down or throttling.

I guess my grade is based in the fact that My service started in Hollywood and I haven't changed it since been in Long Beach. I'm used to having the 4G and can only get LTE.

0.07 Mbps download speed, 0.38 Mbps upload speed. Calling and texting have been fine. But if you care about data speed, stay away. These speeds are with my galaxy s7 edge.
