For over a year now I have had terrible Sprint data coverage issues. Never had 4G from my Samsung galaxy. Very disappointed. Be careful with Sprint. Substandard reception.

With metro PCS my phone hardly ever rings, calls go straight to voicemail or it says that my phone is no longer in service. Most calls came through when I had Sprint but it had a lot of static.

Reception is off and on... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... really not helpful, if you really only need one phone, and this is your mobile phone... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... many dropped calls, reception rate goes from 'no signal' to 'full signal' is less than 5 seconds, even if you do not move in the building, really bad performance... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... .

Just moved to this area and have always been happy with Verizon coverage until now. Some days I cannot get calls or the caller cannot hear a word I say. Also have poor data coverage here just about everyday.

Reception ranges between No Service and 2 Bars inside my office building. Can't consistently send / receive calls or texts. Reception seems to increase outdoors the further I move away from the building.

I have had Sprint for over 10 years, customer service is excellent however within the past couple of years the network has been extremely horrible. calls are dropping now in areas it didn't before, I can't watch movies on my phone at home because 4g network is NEVER available.. It is becoming a bit frustrating and I am strongly considering changing carriers for better service

I never had any issues with Verizon 4G LTE when I used to live in Torrance CA 90505... I just moved to San Pedro, 90731 and OMG barely can get 1 bar, and will drop to 3G... very slow connectivity and calls are dropping, I thought it's only my phone, checked couple other Verizon phones that has 4G... . and they are all the same! Verizon PLEASE do something or otherwise I'll have to switch

I have been with Sprint since 1999. My reception throughout San Pedro has always been great. Within the last year it started frequently dropping calls. In the last 3 months, I am getting broken calls, dropped calls, and missing calls altogether. I have called Sprint, but they tell me everything is fine on their end. I am not the type to change things if they are working, regardless of price. I am going to drop Sprint this week and try out another provider, that's how bad the service has become.
